Total Wireless — Local services in Elizabeth

i am posting this review because i am very unsatisfied wit the owner of this company store i bought 2 phones from this place the first one the charger port broke within 2 weeks of buyin the phone at full value the owner claims i broke it when i kno the phone must hav been defected i gave him another chance then i bought the same exact phone a week later at a small discount but then by accident i put a passcode on my phone which i never wanted he told me he couldnt do anything to help was very arrogant and uncaring bout my situation even called me an idiot but said not to take offense to what he said he doesnt kno how to treat customers and i will never go to this store again

i dont kno how you can make it right i hav a phone that cant b unlocked its completly useless but the manager over at 47 broad st needs to b looked into he is in no position to call anyone idiotic and how he treats his customers...

The best place I have ever been to never felt more important at a store before the manger was not try to just sell me anything but meet my need he was putting my needs in every aspect of getting me the best phone and the best service possible From the moment I walked in to the moment I went out I felt in control of everything I would recommend this store to everyone that is looking for the bang for the buck. I signed up for Total Wireless and got a free Moto G handset. The phone was completely inoperable - it was unable to send or receive text messages. Total Wireless' own tech support admitted they were well aware of the issue, yet they continued selling the Moto G regardless.
