Stephanie's Barbecue

They have 2 and a half stars on yelp for a reason. Disappointed because i use to love this place. Me and my family ordered 3 cheesesteaks. one with tomatoes and lettuce, another just cheese, and one with everything. we went to go pick it up and when we came home we realized that they messed up our order and gave us two plain cheese and one with tomatoes and lettuce. My mom was very upset because she wanted one with everything. We called and explained to the girl, she wrote the order down correctly but it was not packaged correctly and didn't understand when we explained to her what was wrong 3 times. We didn't want to drive all the way over there for THEIR mistake and asked for them to deliver to us, they said it would be a while because they were busy and expressed that our concerns were not important. We said we would wait and after an hour and a half passed we called and they wouldn't answer our phone calls and our delivery never came. This place sucks with customer service and the food isn't even the same from before. Messed up our night, not coming here again.
