Ordered a buy one get one free one fourth chicken with rice and beans and an order of plantains instead received 1/4 chicken with rice and french fries no sauces no napkins no forks. Not only was my order incorrect. The food was old. It seemed fresh on Saturday when I ordered it I ate it with no problems. I saved the second platter for today, which is Monday and now have food poisoning. There’s no way that if they cook that food fresh on Saturday that the second platter will be bad on Monday. Therefore, the food that they gave me on Saturday was clearly cooked prior to Saturday. I called and spoke to the manager. He attempted to deny that that was what was done But if someone who has worked in the food service industry and has my serve safe, I know how long before things go bad in a refrigerator and the only way that the food was bad today is if it was not cooked on Saturday and cooked beforehand. The food tasted fine on Saturday So as long as you’re OK buying leftovers this place will do just fine, but don’t buy the buy one get one free thinking that you’re gonna save the other platter and eat it before it should go bad because they pre-cook all their food It’s not...

They have 2 and a half stars on yelp for a reason. Disappointed because i use to love this place. Me and my family ordered 3 cheesesteaks. one with tomatoes and lettuce, another just cheese, and one with everything. we went to go pick it up and when we came home we realized that they messed up our order and gave us two plain cheese and one with tomatoes and lettuce. My mom was very upset because she wanted one with everything. We called and explained to the girl, she wrote the order down correctly but it was not packaged correctly and didn't understand when we explained to her what was wrong 3 times. We didn't want to drive all the way over there for THEIR mistake and asked for them to deliver to us, they said it would be a while because they were busy and expressed that our concerns were not important. We said we would wait and after an hour and a half passed we called and they wouldn't answer our phone calls and our delivery never came. First time I went the employee taking the order had an attitude while taking my order (very impatient). Gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a busy day. 2nd & 3rd time everything was great. Then the 4th time I placed an order to pick up in 25 minutes..waited to be acknowledged for 15 minutes while being there. Sadly my order wasn't found. The girl taking orders said "I told you to hold, I didn't hear you" yes she did but she also said "okay, tell me your order" & after she..repeated it and said my name to confirm my order. They were going to start making it and expected me to wait another 25 minutes for the order that i expected to be ready since I made a call ahead of time. No thank you....instead of making a scene i just left. Have not been back since.

Overall, this place lacks in customer service but the food is actually good. My advice if you plan to go you just need patience to deal with...
