Ordered food online for delivery from here (pasta and a sandwich), paid for delivery and tip. Mind you, I live 2.5 miles from the store. ONE HOUR later, I call to check where my food is. I gave him my address, and he says “LET ME CHECK....oh he already left, he should be there soon”. So I wait....and wait....30 minutes after, I get a call from the store saying “your food is ready for pickup”. HE TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME THAT I ORDERED FOR PICKUP. He said “I don’t even have your address”, when earlier he had looked up my order by my address. There is no reason why food prep (again, pasta and sandwich) and delivery (2.5 miles) should take 2 hours. There is no reason why they should LIE to me twice (saying the food is on the way, and then saying i ordered pickup when I didn’t). They should have told me the first time I called that the food was not being delivered. I wish I could give them 0 stars because I never got to taste their food, and their customer service...

Unfortunately until tonight I was a good customer at this so called family establishment. Normally things are on the up and up when I order but tonight I had my wife order and they saw it as a good opportunity to screw us over. The menu clearly states the calamari is 12 dollars and large pie is 16 plus 2 dollar delivery fee and a soda. Do the math.. 28 plus a soda let's say is 5 on the high end...33 dollars is about the total. We were charged 42 dollars. (Not including the 8 dollar tip i gave) Initially unaware I called and asked why the major price difference according to the menu to which I was told everything is only 3 dollars more per item as per the manager And that "it was not a big deal"..basically telling me to just shut up and pay it. when I proceeded to explain that it was not right to do that to customers i was then let known that it wasn't the service reps problem....it goes without saying.......

OVERLY SALTY and probably the greasiest pizza i’ve ever had, i’ve ordered two pies, one with extra grilled chicken, both pizza pies came up to $39dollars, pizzas are on the expensive side compared to other pizzerias i’ve tried. Anyways, pizzas were not worth $39, pizzas didn’t taste good either, my pizzas were covered in orange grease and was dripping oil, i dont understand why grilled chicken pizzas had to be so greased up, not to mention the pizza was very salty, as soon as i took a bite it hit me with the taste of salt. People here were kind to me, friendly, and i feel sorry leaving a 1-star review, however, people deserve to know the truth. pizzas overpriced, taste bad, i would literally eat 7-11 pizzas instead of their salty grease pies, Customers deserve better, i don’t recommend this place and will not purchase anything...
