Went through the drive-thru first thing in the morning to get breakfast. Did not get what I ordered the two crunch wraps made of steak. I went back through the drive-thru and reported the mistake was apologized to and told to pull forward. When I arrived back at the window I was asked for my card back for a refund. I obliged and a refund was processed. I was told just a moment and a few seconds later I was given a bag with the correct food in it however it was not made correctly. The two crunchwraps were not grilled they were just folded into almost a burrito shape with very little filling. I asked for my card back and was handed it with a new receipt. I asked if he charged me again and he said yes I can't give you the food for free. I was not expecting anything for free I was expecting what I ordered. I could not believe he processed a refund then charged me again. It took 3 days for my refund to come back to my card. I did not approve a second charge and while a lot of people have lots of money that is not something I have available to me and it was my gas money that was put on hold. It was very inconvenient that I had to deal with further financial issues due to someone else's mistake. Read moreMy family and I ordered two soft tacos and pulled up to the drive-thru window. I handed my card to the drive-thru worker and she dropped it in the store. No big deal. She then proceeded to run it. I could tell she could not see very well. Again no big deal. After about two minutes, she handed me back the card and said it was declined. Ok, I said could she try again. She informed me she ran it 5 or 6 times before. If you try a card repeatedly it will freeze the card. She asked me if I had another way to pay. Her co worker looked nervous and said the tacos were no charge. I didn't want free food. After the first time it was declined she should have told me. I told them I didn't want the free food and had my daughter use her birthday money to pay for it. I tried my card right after at my bank atm and it was froze. I can't do anything about it tell the morning. I called to talk to the manager and they told me they did nothing to my card and couldn't offer me free food. I didn't want free food. I pulled up behind the car at the speaker with no other cars in drive thru. They attempted to give me the wrong order when I reached the window. I corrected them. I provided them my receipt. They hand me a bag with 2 items of a 7 item order, 1 of the 2 being wrong (had tomatoes when ordered without). I corrected them and they returned with another bag, still missing an item. I corrected them. They hand me a taco out the window. I ask for my receipt back and they had thrown it away. The manager gave the window worker all kinds of attitude for having to print one and refused to acknowledge me at the window. No sauces were given at any point even though they were ordered. The crunchy taco was broken in half and so soggy the bottom fell out when it was picked up leaving it inedible. The nacho bell grande was not remade, they scraped the tomatoes off (and all sour cream with it) and then slapped refried beans on top of everything to try and hide it. The kicker... the window associate was fighting back laughter the whole time.
