I live near fox lake Illinois and I had planned my night around getting a pizza that would also have leftovers for New Year’s Eve. It’s about a 45 minute drive and I had the whole order ready to go online with the coupon, when the GPS said it was 20 minutes away was when I was going to place the order. It was that it said no longer place orders. Please call the store. Online it stated they close at 10 o’clock and it stated they close at 10 o’clock. So I called the store at 9:32 PM and kathy, the store manager answers and states were no longer taking orders. She was very eager to get off the phone. She was incredibly rude and flippant. There was no courtesy in her tone or how she dealt with the interaction. I wasn’t taking advantage of anyone by timing my night correctly at a pizza place to get there before they closed, with almost 10 minutes to spare before their actual closing. Unacceptable. I will be calling corporate, there is more to this whole interaction than what I can put here, kathy would have made the pizza, but of course I could not use the online coupon, because it automatically cuts off at 9:30 PM from being able to place orders. Mind you, this is not stated anywhere on the website until you get to the final step and enter in a lot of information and place your order. This flippant woman made zero attempts to make it right, I never once was mad at her but I was definitely mad at the situation and she made it look like some terrible inconvenience when I’m the one driving 45 minutes away to patron this...

Called the store after taking a few photos- the guy had to put us on hold to call the store owner, and apparently the store owner has no idea what customer service is. All we wanted was another pizza, didn’t yell, didn’t bite off heads, didn’t demand a refund. Asked for a fresh pizza that wasn’t inedible, dry and black on both bottom and top, and he told us no. Said some bull about the ovens working a certain way and pretty much, it is what it is. This franchise owner is literally letting his own restaurant go to hell, and I cannot understand why. Read moreHorrible customer service, first off, this location does not answer the phone after 8 pm. Im trying to place an order over the phone so i can pick it up as soon as I get there. When i showed up, I called the store when I was inside and you can hear the phone ring but they don't care to answer. I asked the manager on duty if there is something wrong with the phones and his response was that they've been having problems with them since the morning. 2nd, while I was there around 840 pm I saw him turn down 3 customers who happened to be walk ins. Told all of them that he doesn't take anymore orders because it's almot 9 o clock and thats when they close.
