The location at the time was quiet, Sunday 4-5pm inside the restaurant and drive thru. There was car on lane 1 placing its order. Drove up to lane 2, a voice greeted with “will you be using your mobile app today”. Like any other McDonalds, taking your order follows, especially when lane 1 is now vacant. I said hello several times to no avail. Allow to mention, that I started timer after failing to get attention. After 5min, I reversed out of lane 2 and pulled into lane 1 and everything was fine. ANYWAY, wouldn’t have wasted my time writing this, hoping someone has the time to waste to read it. Now at the pick up window, received my food, parked in a drive thru parking space, to get my kid set up to eat in the car. Poked the straw in the lid and it was Hi C rather than Orange Fanta. Drove around back to the pick up window, I told her that I ordered a Fanta not a Hi C. She acknowledges the mistake, mentions it to the manager on duty, while the manager is taking someone’s order on lane 2. The person who took my order on lane 1 was male. The continues to work on the drinks that the machine was dispensing, and I’m thinking she waiting for my drink. Was I wrong, she looks over at me assuming I had left. She says “it’ll be $1.77”. What !!!!!! I said “I didn’t order this, I’m not drinking it” she walks over to her manager for instructions. Comes back dispenses my correct refreshment. And asks for the incorrect drink that was given to me. I was more than obliged to do give back the drink I barely sipped out of. All the McDonalds that unfortunately had made mistakes never asked any of the items back that customers have already touched. I’m just wondering, was she going to recycle that ? A
As I was pulling out, the manager, appears not to confront me directly but to say out loud, “next time, tell us before you leave the drive thru because you know right away that it not what you ordered. REALLY !!!!!!!!!

Read moreI made a mobile order at 12:29 pm. I ordered a quarter pounder, large Fry, and 6 piece nuggets. I arrived at the store around 12:35. The lady told me to pull up to parking spot #1. As I sat in the parking spot for another 6 minutes, 4 different cars that had just arrived received their food before me. I began to lose my patients, so I confronted the manger and asked her why I am waiting so long for such a simple order I made minutes before I even arrived. She began to explain to me that they don’t see the order until I arrive and give the order number. Okay fair enough but why do they get there food before me, I still waited over 5 minutes for a burger fries and 6 nuggets not a complex order and they weren’t even busy until after I had been sitting in the car for 3 minutes. Which in the time I sat waiting in the car 4 of those other cars received their food. Now whatever I really don’t care and it’s not a big deal to wait that long for me as long as I get my food hot, rightfully so since I waited that long and they served those people before me, and the only reason I was okay with waiting so long is because of what she told me with the curbside order option. But this is where it gets bad I sat down to enjoy my meal only to realize that they had given me cold and soggy fries. I’ve dealt with this McDonald’s for over 2 years now I’ve had issue like this before but not severe enough to make me write a post. This time however I can’t let it slide because that was the worst if not top 5 worst restaurant services I have ever experienced. If I could I would give them a rating of negative 1 I would. Read moreI went through there drive thru last week & ordered a #8 fillet fish combo & I asked for DEHYDRATED onions on my sandwich & asked them to please make sure my frys were hot & fresh & I even repeated my order to the young man at the window to confirm that it's done right in which he said it will be, well I get to work to enjoy my lunch & my sandwich was cold with real onions NOT dehydrated onions I asked for twice & my frys were cold as well, I called the manager in charge within an hour of me leaving from there & she apologized & then told me she would happily replace my meal next time I come in & that all I have to do is give my name with no problems & they will take care of me, well I went today 3/30/16 to get my replacement order & I even went inside to make sure there's no mistakes this time & 2 different managers told me with no receipt they can't help me, so I asked them to look in there book for my name & they said nothing was written in there, they were VERY rude & made me feel like I was lying & dishonest & it made me really uncomfortable around the other customers, I feel they were VERY unprofessional & acted like they didn't care about loosing ANOTHER customer at all which they just did & I swear every chance I get I will tell everyone I know about there bad additude & quality of food preparation & there poor customer service.
