Just wanted to share my rather unpleasant experience on yesterday. I placed an order for chicken 2 orders fingers at the bar this was after calling for a little over 15 minutes trying to place this order for some reason it seemed like the call was being picked up then hung but that's neither here nor there. Get to the restaurant and the bar is pretty much full So I walk over and the gentleman at the cash register probably checking out a patron. eventually he acknowledged me and asked me if I wanna place an order and I did
I explain what I wanted which was the chicken finger dinner an d I said that I wanted to get 3 Of the Chipotle ranch sauce. I want to say that the order was placed about 1240ish. By 115ish I was leaving as I asked for the food that still wasn't ready At that moment I advised that my friend will come back to pick up the order. My problem is this..... patriots were there at the bar drinking and eating and the male and female that was running the bar were very, very accommodating to the people or the patrons that were sitting at the bar. Why not have the same consideration for people? That's coming in on their lunch break. There's absolutely no reason why I should have had to wait as long as I did for 2 orders of chicken finger dinners. Then to add insult to injury, the food was subpar Fries, were in fact half done and the chicken was soggy with a Scorch, taste to it and wasn't hot. The Chipotle dipping sauce cups were half full. If that the fool was nothing like I remember it 4 years ago so very disappointed. I guess you have to be a patient at the bar by a drink or dine in order for you to feel important. And get awesome service. Mind you, I was sitting at the bar so long. That the people that was to the left end right of me were able to finish their entire meal and I still hadn't got my food yet. Read moreI have been here before pandemic and gave this place a 5 star review. Now totally different the two stars I am giving now are just for the ambience the rest went deep down. First I came on Saturday around 4:30 pm ( place closes at 7 on Saturdays) first shock: menu is reduced to wings, sandwiches or burgers. Ok let's have a burger! Not good at all, tasteless compared with the burgers I have tried before at this place. On top of that I felt all the time the rush of the staff to have guests out as quick as possible so they were ready to close. If this was at 4:30 pm ( 2and a half hours before closing time I better wouldn't want to experience coming in after 6 pm. Today Thursday I wanted to give it another try: arrived 5 minutes to 8 pm ( restaurant closes at 10 pm ) I had a seat a waitress came with menu I ordered my drink and ok one minute later she was back next to me asking what I wanted to order. I asked for a couple of minutes to go through the menu but nooo: you have to order now because kitchen is closing now. ( 2 hours before closing time) ok since I ate time ago the salmon and was one of the delicious items in their menu I went for the salmon. 20 mins laterr I got my salmon with wild rice, nothing to do with the same choice I ate before at this place and the one they post in pictures on some old reviews. apparently they changed the chef or so because their food went deep down in quality and taste. Once again the staff was running to clear the restaurant of guest and be ready to close. Sorry but I AM NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. , next time I rather to order Uber eats before giving my business...
Read moreWe booked a stay at the hotel connected to the restaurant for 4/29-5/1. The restaurant which is not part of the hotel offered for an extra charge of $15 a night a hot buffet breakfast in the morning. Being it’s right there at the hotel we opted for that service. Upon checking in we was tired and ready to relax so we enjoyed dinner that first night in the restaurant. It was ok but had I of not been exhausted from traveling I would have went somewhere else. We did talk to staff about this amazing buffet for breakfast and was looking forward to it. The cost of it was added into the rate of our stay. The next morning we went down for breakfast to be told they weren’t serving it that day but refused to refund the money we payed for it. Hotel couldn’t do anything about it because the restaurant was not part of the hotel just something they offered. The second morning we thought we would get to have breakfast before checking out, nope they decided they wasn’t doing it again but did offer a donut and coffee and still refused to refund the additional $30 plus that we paid for that option.
