We ordered food through drive thru when we got home we started to eat my daughter found that an employee took a bite out of her chicken nugget . my wife took it back to complain and jesse one of the employee assumed she wanted her money back and started yelling refused to let us speak with management finally the manager came out from all the commotion , she said she would review cameras and call us .we still didn't receive a refund ,nor an apology .later the lady (management )called us and said she did not see anything on cameras but was going to have a sit down (interview)with employee when he returns to work tuesday .we called non emergency 311 they explained to us that this is considered food contamination.We filed police report and they gave us a case number ,and it is being turned over to the food health department .we dont know if employee who did that has any disease or why someone would do that to a childs happy meal i urge all families to check their food before driving off .if i had a choice i would not give it a star management does not care about customers i also explained about their mcdonalds refund policy and told them we were not 100% satisfied to refund our money and management still refused .this is also considered false...
Read morePulled up to the first widow around 7:30pm and a young lady who was working the first window was destroying a box of chicken nuggets. So sad they don't get a break or have a place to eat except the register where they're helping customers.
Had a question about the happymeal toy and decided I wanted 2 of the happymeal toys for my kids. She told me she couldn't help me and sent me to the next window where I was introduced to Rosslyn the All High and Mighty ever so powerful McDonald's manager. I was told I now needed to go back through the drive through again because she does not handle transactions through her window. Except now there were even more cars to wait for.
I was told by Rosslyn that she was not going to help me any further and I was out of luck. I even got the 17 year old head nod and smirk with the eff you eyes.
So, I drove through a second time, except I could hear alot of laughing in the background over the intercom.
I did good, gave them a laugh at my expence and this rating will not even create a response.
