Edge Bar + Boutique — Restaurant in Elk River

Visited this place for the first time and had the best experience! First of all, the service was incredible. I brought my two small children with me, and the workers were beyond considerate of my children and tried to accommodate us in any way. Second, the food and drinks were so delicious. We got the Elk Pride (I think this was the name of it), and we ate avocado toast with bacon & eggs. My two kids shared the Kidable (kids versions of charcuterie board), and it kept them busy. The prices were very reasonable. I’ve been to places which charge double what this place charged for food, except the coffee, they charge the typical price you’ll see anywhere. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures. I will definitely be recommending this place, and I’ll continue meeting my friends here.

Wanted to love this place, as I love supporting local coffee spots. Not a place to go and work or try to have a conversation. They had this loud noise going the whole time. Not your typical coffee shop sounds, but this loud sound that was like a power tool or electric pencil sharpener. They would ease up on it and my brain would finally be able to focus, then they would kick it back on again. This went on forever, so I just had to grab my work and leave.

Coffee was ok. Asked for it to not be sweet and it was still really sweet. Not sure what their normal amount of 'sweetness' is. I even added an extra shot of espresso and the sugar was just super overpowering, so I drank about a quarter of it and threw...

If I could add more stars I would. The Edge not only serves the finest custom roasted coffee, but also wine, beer and other n/a options. They make many of their own custom coffee syrups so they are of a higher quality then chain shops.

You might stop in for a quick cup of coffee but you will want to linger because the space has such a great vibe to it. Awesome place to having meeting or even interact with people and make new friends. The boutique portion of the Edge has an amazing variety of clothes and gifts. Pricing is good and inventory is constantly changing making it necessary for me to walk through every time I stop for a drink.
