I absolutely love Diamond City Bread! It's the best bread in Minnesota! It's so fresh, and has a great texture, excellent flavor, with so many different varieties! Everything is fresh baked daily in a brick oven! They offer baggets, french bread of all different varieties, sandwich bread, crossosints , brat buns, hot dog buns. You can have your bread left whole or ask to get it sliced on there professional bread slicer. The chocolate pecan oatmeal cookies will knock your socks off along with there homemade brownies, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, scones, muffins, and biscottis with fresh brewed coffee, or hot tea! They also make the best sandwiches in town with there own bread of course! I just love all the people that work there. They make you feel like family! The owner Garret has a great business going on and I love the small town warmth of it all. All there products are made with GM0 free ( genetically modified) free flour! Went in for my first time to see what they offer and get some fresh baked bread for the family. I have a service dog for my disability and she is only 3.5 pounds with a federal ID card and federal tags on. I was told to leave and that I am not welcome there with my dog. This is a crime to do as I have to have my service dog with me and showed her ID to the man and he was just plain rude and disrespectful to me. They are legally required to allow service dog access and to not deny me. Especially in a public way in front of other customers making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for having a disability requiring a service animal. Diamond City Bread is hands down the best bakery around! Their sourdough is next level—perfectly crusty on the outside and soft, flavorful on the inside. You can tell everything is made with care and top-quality ingredients.

Their daily bread rotation keeps things exciting—there’s always something new and amazing to try. And I have to give a special shoutout to their organic hamburger buns... absolutely outstanding! Soft, fresh, and they elevate any burger or sandwich to the next level.
