Marties Under New Ownership: After 28 years of service. Spending over $150,000.00 in 28 years and referring multiple people over at Martie's Farm Service which equated to a few hundred thousand. The new ownership does not understand business. They are driven strictly on the numbers and absolutely no customer service. Not competitive pricing. Prices have skyrocketed with the new ownership for Grain and other products. When, trying to talk to them about the prices they we're extremely rude and did not want to listen at all. I took the recipe for my custom mix that was Martie's making to another feed mill and the price for the exact same product was $110.00/cheaper for the same recipe. Numerous times the recipe they we're making they got it wrong. When, they got it wrong there was no apology in Elk River and there was no REFUND OR PARTIAL MONEY. Joe Gross - Master Farrier had wanted me to post this for customers. Please look somewhere else and SHOP around. Often times, bags we're broken. Joe had it and left...

I dropped off 2 mower blades to get sharpened at Marties Elk River location. After a week goes by, I stop by to see if they’re done. I walk in the store and ask the young gentleman ( who was doing something on his cell phone) I was here to pick up my blades that I brought to get sharpened a week ago. The guy tells me that they are not done yet, because he said “ they have been swamped “. I calmly walked over to where my blades were located, grabbed them, and just walked out of the store! Place was swamped, but the dude somehow finds time to occupy himself with his cell phone!

Elk River is changing, like it or not but it's still wonderful to know you all haven't. The new crew is FANTASTIC!!!!!!! Thank you for always listening and being accommodating. Everything new always take a while to get the kinks out, Rusty and Beth knew that who they could trust.
