Placed an order, then to get halfway home, realized the didn’t even give me what I ordered paid extra money for it and did not receive it SMH they were not even busy no reason for that and come to find out word of mouth that’s like the third or fourth time they’ve done that to people that I’ve known how hard is to put two shots of caramel into a cup of coffee not that hard wow smh definitely lost my business. Really convenient great staff, fast and friendly. But ... Your bobba drinks are watery compared to every other store we've been to. Come to think of it all their blended drinks or watery on the bottom compared to other stores. Their chai lattes are not hot at all. Don't know why. Guess I'll just have to ask them to warm them up.
