I love their sandwiches. They’re so good. However 2 weeks ago their was an error where it wouldn’t place the online order but it’d still take your money. I was told I wasn’t the only one and that the money would be refunded within a week and if it wasn’t to call. So this past Wednesday I called as I hadn’t received my refund. It was $41, not just a $10 order. The first manager (I didn’t get her name) she was very very rude and she first lied and said it was because they don’t take that type of payment , which they do. It’s a Visa card lol and when I addressed I know they do as I’ve used it many times before she then kinda giggled and goes ‘well it’s not my problem’ …excuse me? Oh sorry are you not management ? She told me I had to dispute it, which I did and the bank said the merchant (aka jimmy johns) would have to verify it. So it still came back to them in the end. The second manager I talked to was Travis. He was nice and wasn’t happy with the first manager and had me describe her so he knew who it was. Was a lot nicer and said he’d take care of it. He didn’t really do much though, the third manager (I know how many managers do they have lol) his name was Vincent and he was VERY nice, very understanding. He actually pulled up my transaction and gave me details about what was going on and what they could see on their end (which the first 2 didn’t). He said he’d contact the bookkeeper after he got off the phone with me. And then 2 days later (Friday) I was notified that I received my refund. That first woman manager though is an absolute joke and shouldn’t be in management. Awful service from her.

Stopped in yesterday to order two sandwiches. I watched the guy making sandwich's for orders wrap them up and then just toss them across the counter into a pile. Granted they are not fragile but that just looks bad. Somehow he skipped the order of the lady who was waiting/there before me, and when mine came out - I knew they were wrong based on what I was watching. I unwrapped them at the table to confirm it and had them fix the issue. Even after that, I still had to grab the marker from behind the counter to write the number on them so I knew which 'which was which.
This used to be a pretty solid location but has been going downhill lately. Hopefully I've just had bad luck the last couple of times and this isn't going to be the norm. I'll give the locale a couple of months to stabilize and then maybe give them...
Read moreI ordered 3 sandwiches and it cost me a tremendous $45.00, which is outrageous in and of itself and it took over an hour for the sandwiches to be delivered less than 2 miles from the location. Furthermore when the sandwiches finally arrived they put TUNA on an Italian sub! Why would anyone ever want tuna on an Italian sub and how could you confuse Dijon mustard for tuna? Additionally when I called and asked if I could come to the store and pick up a replacement sandwich and they said no I would have to purchase another one. I understand that sometimes mistakes are made and restaurants get busy but to be unwilling to fix your mistake in an effort to to please a paying customer that is when I say I won't give them another penny of my money.
