Casey's — Restaurant in Elkhorn

First time, and Only time ordering Pizza. My suggestion, go somewhere else, the staff is down right rude.

We ordered 2 pizzas online, both rather simple. When we arrived to pick it up we noticed the employee pulling ours out of the oven.

My husband and I decided to quickly and quietly get a drink while we waited. Nothing terrible occurred, we weren't being loud or disruptive, and being we live 20 minutes away, never have been there for anything prior. The only noticable thing was the last pizza fell apart as they were boxing it, and I shrugged it off as accidents happen, especially when the cook then went out of his way to place each piece back.

Yet minutes later once he was finished, he approached us at the counter with a tone that suggested that we were severely bothering him.

To the point where my husband was slightly nervous responding to his asking us what we needed, and had to repeat himself twice.

Had the attitude continued I would have just simply yelled the name the order was under, followed with "The only order you clearly have in this dead moment" , but he figured it out for himself.

As we were checking out my husband made an off hand joke to try and imply to the other employee that we were just treated poorly for no reason. Her response was "Oh well yeah, haha"

So i flat out asked, "are you guys always this rude to people you never see?"

I'll give the employee points for honesty, for she looked me in the eyes and replied "Yes Sir! Especially if we are treated poorly first!"

So i ask. How? How is it were we treating anyone poorly when we were simply picking up a poorly made Pizza.

I'll take my time and even invest more money into better options in the future.

Extremely rude employees!!! On August 18 at around 4:45, my 10 year old nephew was sitting in the car for five minutes on an 80 degree day and a customer who was sitting on the ground in front of the store accused me of ignoring a hot child. It was clear that there was something a bit off about the woman sitting on the ground, and my party told her that we were not asking for parenting advice. A woman in a Casey's uniform claiming to he a store manager took her side though and stated that we were loitering and were unwelcome. We said that we were finishing up a conversation and would be leaving, but that the woman on the ground giving unwanted parenting advice needed to mind her business. Ordered some pizzas on January 6th. The dough machine was broke so we canceled the order. It’s been over two weeks and my account still has not been credited. I’ve called three times and all I was told is corporate will reverse the charges. Now I am being told I need to call their offices to get my account refunded . It should not take this long. I will never order from them again. Not one single manager there can give you a straight answers .
