Arby's — Restaurant in Elko

3 of us arrived between 7 & 7:30pm and there was absolutely nobody behind the counter. After saying Hello numerous times and looking all over noticed the two employees come in from outside in back-- the open back door was clearly visible from the counter. While waiting I noticed the entire fry area was a big mess...fries and onion rings and other trash on the floor, additional items in baskets. We decided against ordering anything except sandwiches which we ate in the dining room. As usual, we added Arby sauce to our sandwiches and noticed it was rather spicy... I didn't realize until we were ready to leave when I checked the sauce area that there is a spicier sauce available. There is no way all 3 of us used the wrong sauce. Plus the arby sauce and the spicy version were not even next to each other. We wanted to let the employees know that the wrong sauce was labeled as Arby Sauce but again, they were nowhere to.be found! Out back/outside again!! An easy target for anybody wanting to just hop the counter and grab whatever they wanted. I guess that might be why there wasn't a bell to ring ... or maybe somebody...

Have never received such HORRIBLE customer service in my life. I have worked in customer service for ten years, so my husband and I go out of our way to be kind an courteous when on the other end. When placing our order at the drive in the guy taking it was incredibly rude he even went as far to yell at my husband to the point we canceled our order. We pulled up to the window to ask to speak to a manager and the young man running the window was very confrontational.( I would like to add there were multiple employees standing around with him that appeared to be hanging out) My husband calmly asked again. The manager unfortunately was just as bad. My husband tried to explain what just transpired and the manager said " yeah ok, what ever". We enjoy Arby's, and it is typically the fast food place we pick when needing to grab somthing in town. But after this experience we will not use this branch again. ...

Placed a dash order late at night. The delivery was extremely fast around 10 minutes. When the driver arrived he gave us our drinks and 1 bag. In the bag was 2 sandwiches nothing else. I told the driver items were missing he said he would go back and check if there was anything else. He text me a few minutes later saying they were already closed. According to online they closed 45 minutes early. Opening the 2 sandwiches we got they were old beef and cheddar that sat on the pass long enough to harden the buns and change the color of the meat. We got a regular beef and cheddar and what seemed like a 1 pound beef and cheddar in our bag and the sodas we ordered. This was obviously employee who didn't give a $h!t. I would reevaluate my business and my employees if this was my business.

Update 11-11 I called the restaurant manager and they comped the full meal to...
