The drive thru took longer than it should have since there were only 2 cars in front of me in line. I haven't ate bk or ff breakfast in a long time so I was craving their French toast sticks đ With the 5 sticks, croissant egg & cheese and a large Fanta orange đ i paid almost $10 which i thought was ridiculous!! I hurried n sipped my soda while waiting for food and it was flatter than it should be and really not enjoyable but I didn't want to take up too much time for other customers sake. So the employee proceeds to push a bunch of buttons on the touch screen of soda machine n a few mins later tells me there's nothing showing on his machine!!!!! It would have taken 10secs to pour a gulp of that Fanta n taste it yourself n then u would have known đ Or even more time saved and keeping your customer happy you should have asked if I would have liked another drink instead?!!! I pray for these young ones I really do. I of course left with the flat soda that went directly in the trashcan before walking in the door. My order was very good, even though it was almost stone cold when it arrived through delivery Grubhub! Who was at fault? I do not know or care because I could heat it up and the bottom line was the food was very good!
UPDATE: I DID COMPLAIN THE FIRST TIME I ORDERED SOMETHING FROM BK BECAUSE IT WAS COLD, THE WHOPPER AND ESPECIALLY THE FRIES. EVEN SO, I DID NOT FAULT GRUBHUB OR BK BECAUSE THE FIX WAS EASY! HOWEVER TODAY I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BURGER KING FOR I PLACED AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY, AFTER SEARCHING OTHER PLACES, AND MORE THAN AN HOUR LATER I STILL HAD NO ORDER. Thatâs when my daughter spoke up about me forgetting to add her drink so I politely asked the lady if we could add a small coke on. She legit wouldnât do it! She told us that âit was busyâ (2 cars behind us. One at the window and one waiting to pay). She told us that we could come back around or park out front, walk in, pay, and get our own drink. Like what in the world? It wouldâve taken less time to pour the drink then say all she did to justify her not simply pouring a small coke. Ridiculous.
