This is the most horrible excuse for a motel at which I have ever had the displeasure o live. Let me make this clear. I am not saying this because I am disgruntled or feel in any way that I have been mistreated. Miss Pat and her daughter, Patty, we're very kind to me during the times that I stayed there from July to October of 2017; often working with me in the payment of my rent. I hate to give any business, product, or service a bad grade, but this place should be condemned as unfit for human habitation and I am not the only one who has said that. The place is replete with cockroaches and other vermin, so much so that an exterminator told a friend, who still lives there, that it would have to be razzed before the problem would be solved. The trouble is that the people, who live there, for the most part are low income, one step away from homelessness, and, basically, have nowhere to go, except possibly out in the woods. In truth, it the owner of this dump ( Let us express ourselves politely) who should be ashamed of himself for keeping such an establishment. Since they cleaned the place up there has been no problems and the office is now strict and doesn't put up with nonsense, they kick problem people out quick so if u plan on staying to cause problems etc I would think again,its not like it used to be.
