We used to love coming here! I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, but the last few times here, the service has gotten worse and worse.
Before I start, let me explain that this restaurant has a very small dining area, so it's not a some large area that's difficult to manage. At the time of our vist, only 3 other tables were occupied.
In our most recent visit, the waitress was walking around aimlessly and proceeded to take almost a half an hour to stop at the table for our order. When she arrived at the table, she looked disheveled, she was sweating and her hands were filthy. As she asked for our order, she literally leaned on the table, placing all of her weight down on it and was hovering over us. More than a Covid concern, she needs to understand personal space. Being 10 to 15 inches from someone else's face when you're talking to them is too close.
Then I asked her about the available specials, of which she couldn't tell me. She had to go to the back to find the paper with the specials listed. In this process, she took so long that we became frustrated and I decided to take my family to dine elsewhere.
I'm not a picky patron, but I believe in good, clean service. This waitress apparently didn't care enough to even wash her hands.
Hopefully someone in Season's leadership takes notice and fixes this before she ruins...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I always order from this seasons when we want pizza. We have ordered here anytime we want pizza for the last four years. We both enjoy this seasons and have never had an issue with food or quality. We enjoy seasons ans the prices are fair, its in a close to home and being that this was our spot we liked to support it. Last weekend on 11/23/19 we ordered a large pizza with Pineapple via phone and delivery. (we usually get pick up) We had planned to watch movies and consume some alcohol add pizza to that you've got yourself a great time! When our order came we were given a Hawaiian pizza. For personal reasons we do not consume pork so we could not eat the pizza. Since we were intoxicated we decided to let it go eat left overs and call it a night. The next morning first thing we did was call and ask to speak to a manager to have this issue fixed. The manager said it was our fault for not calling about it the night of and that he could not do anything for us. I will no loner be buying from this seasons and give my business to a better establishment than one that will blame the costumer when we got a wrong order.I personally think this was a poor call on the manager. Seasons pizza this is farewell and i hope you are happy about throwing away our four year relationship over a $10...
Read moreSix of one or a half dozen of the other? No shortage of Italian / pizza joints in Elkton. I haven't been there for a while but the remodeled building is comfortable and attractive. There is now a Starbucks sharing the pad but I don't know what that contributes to the dining experience. They didn't offer beer but I was told that they soon would - hard to be competitive when most others have a beer and wine selection.
The meals are prepared well and comparable to others in the area. Pick-up and delivery are options. The parking lot is well lit but to the point of being harsh from a passing vehicle, in my opinion. Certainly safe in the dark of night. Access to the business is awkward but the intersection where they are located has long been a mess. Westbound on Route 40, the entrance just past the building is the best choice. From 213, you'll need to be southbound to enter as there is no left turn into seasons. Unfortunately for Seasons, that ends up being a U-turn at Pat's Pizza or a cut though 'The Pavillions'...
