Ok. I'm all about fair play so I give positive reviews when it's merited and negative just as well. But when u feel u should contact the board of health on principle I feel it's merits some attention. Walked into store with no customers at counter. A poor girl putting on a band aid AT THE COUNTER working drive thru was polite had to wait over 15 to 20 minutes b4 she was able to take my order She apologized and I let her know not her fault and one employee doing counter and drive thru is absolutely ridiculous especially when almost every employee made eye contact with a puzzled look and proceeded to ignore me. When I finally got served I asked for a sandwich to be made a certain way due to health reasons. Nothing complicated After receiving my order I asked a Mgr to confirm if it was made properly Her response was " What u want me to check the sandwich directly? I said no how about just double checking with the employee who made? She than being annoyed asked and confirmed it. Especially because i paid extra for the sandwich I felt it was appropriate After leaving the store I checked the sandwich completely not done near after specifically asking Had to go back and explain situation I understand drive thru can get busy but when literally entire store is focused and ignores the counter. To add insult to injury a employee went on break and also shot me a puzzed look The parking lot also isn't being properly upkept as well I called corporate and will be calling the board of health as well on principle. Based on my brief observations I'm beyond confident they will find numerous violations Very sad on basic things like customer service and courtesy and common sense if a employee gets a injury big or small go in the back to address it especially being a food establishment. Read moreRegularly recieve incorrect made food and missing items or the wrong size/quantity. Examples: (these are all seperate instances) -Ordered a 20 piece nugget and came home to find it was a 10 piece. -Fries were not cooked all the way. Cold or still frozen in the middle. -Fries missing, again discovered after driving home. -Ordered a burger 'deluxe' and it did not have tomatoe or lettuce and was told they were out of these items...why let me order them then? -Another time I was heading to the airport early in the morning, maybe 4 or 5 am and ordered a McMuffin, the ham was cold, the english muffin was not toasted and tasted weird and the egg was room temp and the cheese was not melted. -This is the craziest thing and I never brought it up, but...there was a goodys aspirin opened and spilled in the bottom of my bag. It was wierd in that how could something like this even happen? Whoever runs this place is an abject failure as a manager and a leader. I am not blaming the young people who work here. This place only survives because it is mcdonalds. Any other establishment would have been run out of town. And you know the saddest part? I will eventually forget all this and go back, back with false hope that somehow it got better and I bet you that on that day I will have failed myself again, for fooling myself again, for lying to...
Read moreThey are so inconsiderate unless you are in drive thru or you paid through the app ahead of time. I literally waited at the front counter for 56 minutes one time because I was paying with cash! One of the managers actually said "Drive thru is my priority"! It took another customer having to yell and curse for them to even take our orders... This has happened on more than one occasion. I have contacted corporate T͟H͟R͟E͟E͟ T͟I͟M͟E͟S͟ and have never received not one single reply, email, phone call or any type of acknowledgment at all. Also, they shut the store down themselves more than any other establishment I have ever encountered. I personally worked overnight at McDonald's for 5 years and I can honestly say we were damn lucky to even have 3 people on every night, but they close due to "Being Short Staffed" when I can visibly see at least 5 people just hanging out behind the counter. What. The. Hell. One more thing, I and numerous other people I personally know have caught them red handed, LYING about the ice cream machine being down. One night while I was waiting for my order, an employee was talking to his friends that were blocking the counter and being incredibly rude and inconsiderate, and I over heard him say to another employee, "Tell them ice cream is down! I don't feel like dealing with that s* tonight!"...
