I am a long time Starbucks customer and obviously love their coffee. But, I had a bad experience with this Starbucks location.
We ordered three cafe mocha and one cafe latte at this drive through location on 06/19. Instead, we got three hot chocolates in place of cafe mocha. When I went back to share this experience, the staff simply denied the mistake on their part and tried to convince me that they indeed served mocha. I tried to clarify again as the drink didn’t taste like a coffee at all, on this, the staff told me that they do not know how to handle this situation. The staff could not offer any help; No ack on mishandling the order, no order replacement, no refund either.
You should trust your customer feedback. Why would somebody go through the trouble of lining up in the queue to order something, wait to receive the order and then again go through another queue to share the bad order experience only to get no customer service from a reputed brand like Starbucks.

You have to get out and walk in, but there were no lines and they have a wonderful deli food court and produce area to enhance your stop.
My daughter and I stayed over after concert and just wanted a cup of coffee before heading north to Wenatchee. I sat in the drive through line ten minutes (no lie) and no movement. I decided to walk in instead. The line inside this very small Starbucks was almost out the door just to order. Come on!!!! How ridiculous! You're a highway coffee shop where people need to get on and off the big road without wasting a lot of time.
The parking lot is one with only one way in, so to and from traffic encounter a massive cluster F just trying to get in or out. I wound up so frustrated I screamed out of that place as soon as the idiots with keys and stearing wheels would cut me a little curb...

After I asked him if there was milk in it, he didn't even make eye contact with me and said yeah, I told him I was allergic to milk and he didn't seem to care. They remade it without the whip but afterward I had a strong reaction to it, leading me to believe it wasn't made correctly the second time. While waiting in the restroom line after they made my drink incorrectly I had my boyfriend wait for my new drink and my boyfriend told me the guy who order after me told the guy that he had asked for no whip, the guy who was a jerk to me told him, "well can't you just take the whip off?"... After finally getting into the bathroom after a ten minutes wait there was no toilet paper and the bathroom was disgusting. Horrible experience, terrible customer service and disgusting product.
