The rudest staff ever. We got in about 10 minutes before closing. Burly attendant immediately states they are closing in 10 minutes and therefore orders would be wrapped as to go. As he is taking the order and there is a kids meal to be ordered he interrupts rudely to say he wasn’t done taking my small burrito order…My child who is only 10 asked me why he was being so rude ? Now if a kid picks up on the nuances of someone being rude then it isn’t just me picking up on your passive aggressiveness. Then it gets worse, my husband orders a small burrito as well… we get charged for a large burrito and a small burrito… as we are eating the “to go wrapped” food, they start screaming actually the other rude chick, saying we are closed you got to leave - there were at least another 8 PAYING customers inside including some older folks. She continued screaming “you need to take your food outside” - they blocked the bathrooms , kicked the patrons who were trying to wrap up their meal… guess they are chomping at the bit to go enjoy their Friday night in popping Ellensburg. Horrible , rude service and experience … and they got a 15% tip too… the older couple were shocked at how rude these severs were . Next time I guess i will stay put and finish my meal and see what’s going to happen if you lay on...
Read moreWe’re currently on a road trip and we wanted something quick and healthy. This is a fast casual , chipotle style restaurant.
Upon entering, we weren’t greeted- the female worker seemed to have an attitude like she wasn’t interested in working. The first thing that they told us was that they were out of chicken, pork & ground beef. Which is fine because we came for the Baja burrito (fish). She asked me which tortilla I wanted for it & I asked her what my options are for the tortillas and she just told me to read it on the glass. I inquired about how the tomato tortilla tasted and she said ‘I don’t know. I never tried it’ The service is rude here. With the exception of the cashier with long curly hair pushed back with the bandana- he seemed to be in a good mood and wrote a smiley face on my burrito so i could tell which was mine from my partners.
While we dined in to eat our burrito we heard the girl working there shout out ‘We’re out of chicken, pork, & ground beef so if you’re here for that well - sorry.’ It wasn’t a very polite way to speak to your line of customers.
We feel bad for the owner of this restaurant because we know finding workers is difficult nowadays - especially decent ones.
Also the tomato tortilla was delicious.
The pico was also laughable (look at my...
Read moreAttempted to eat here with my family a few weeks ago, there were 6 of us and one in a high chair. We came in and scooted two tables together and waited for the rest of our party to get out of the car. A young gentleman came over, moved my purse to a different table and said "you can't do that, you can't move the tables" "we can move the chairs around but can't all sit at one table." So...needless to say, we did not stay to eat at this restaurant. How, may I ask can a restaurant not serve a party bigger than 4? Surely, more than 4 people at a time come in and want to sit together. Really stupid. There was no other explanation given. I didn't appreciate him manhandling my personal property either or providing further explanation or reason. Won't be trying this...
