What an absolute GEM!!! The chef was the coolest guy ever. We got the BLT and the Pulled Pork sandwich, both with "schmedium" fries. The food was absolutely incredible. The pulled pork was the perfect balance between sweet, savory, and spice. The pulled pork also had some red cabbage slaw that was incredibly refreshing! The BLT had the crispiest lettuce, the most refreshing tomato, and the bacon wasn't too overbearing like other places' BLTs. The fries were perfectly fried and seasoned! The chef even included fry sauce! The fry sauce had some smokiness to it that was DELICIOUS!! We went back after our meal and bought two lemonades, and those were also fantastic!! Everything was priced reasonably, and I didn't feel like I was being price gouged at all. My wallet and my stomach are so happy! This little gem of a spot is definitely going to be a must stop spot when we travel through Ellensburg to visit friends and family and such. I could not recommend this...

Grill cook: super nice!
We were hungry and seen this place a few time thought we would stop in. So I got an ellensburger and fries with a huckleberry lemonade. 🤤
The burger was super moist and amazingly seasoned. The bun was super soft and fluffy while still retaining its shape. The veggies were crisp and fresh! 🍔
The fries were super crispy and hot but not burnt like some places. They were the perfect fry with the best amount of seasoning possible! 🍟🧂
The lemonade was a nice palette cleanser and was just the right combination of sweet and sour. 🍹
The man working the truck was absolutely amazing! He was kind and had the best beard I’ve seen in weeks around this city 😅

Just happened to see this food truck on our maps as we were passing thru. We always complain that it's hard to come by a good burger these days. The Ellensburger was a top notch burger: very seasoned, juicy and fresh tasting. If you're super hungry, I suggest getting the double burger on the menu. The grilled cheese and fries were great as well. We also tried a bottle of the locally made lavender lemonade which was mouth-puckeringly delicious. The chef and his son were super nice and fun to chat with. We definitely recommend stopping if you are passing thru!
