TIGER SUGAR — Restaurant in Ellicott City

Tiger Sugar is OK. Don't get me wrong, I love brown sugar bubble tea. It's my go to drink at new places and it serves as my comparison to make reviews in general. I got one of their more popular drinks, but then again there are only a couple of drinks on the menu. The drink was good overall. It was really pretty and definitely story post worthy. I had a few issues with bubble tea from this place though. The first thing was that even though there was only one size (which seemed like a small to me), my drink was still close to $6. While I can understand the price somewhat, the size of the drink in my opinion was unacceptable. It felt extremely underwhelming when I received my drink. The next thing was that for some reason, I'm not sure if this is a normal thing, but it felt like my boba had mini boba and regular boba. Nothing wrong with that, but I was not expecting it and it just felt weird to get different sized boba while drinking. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying it out to see their great brown sugar boba tea that they are known for, but I personally would only go just to try it out or to get it with a friend if they have never...

My order number is 88 but who has order number from 89 to 91 got their drink. When I ask how long does it take for my drink cause I think she might forget my drink. She said with aggressive voice that I have to wait until she call my order number because she has a bunch of order are waiting. I dont mind waiting but she said like I cut the line or something. Its so ridiculous when you have to wait 45 minutes to get a cup of boba because those who order after me they order a lot and I have to wait until she done all of those order despite I order before them. Everyone has mistakes so its ok but after all I never receive an apology. One more thing, I order extra boba to receive a cup with jelly and only a few boba. I stick with them mostly everyday, kinda 5 days a week so I know better than anyone how my cup will be when I order extra boba. Thank you for making me so...

This is a new place that just opened up in EC. Even on the second day there was a line for the drinks, and it took around 10 mins to move through the line and another 10ish to get the drinks. I ordered a black tea latte and also a signature tiger drink. The signature was a little too sweet for me and just tasted like what you imagine milk bubble tea to be. Sadly, the stripes on the drinks didn't show up as nicely as expected. The bubbles in the drinks were really good! I was a really big fan of the latte. Overall, it's a really good place and where I would go for a milk tea from now on!
