Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Ellisville

So this was a typical Saturday hanging out with my bff. We spent the afternoon getting massages & afterwards we decided to hit Freddy's on Manchester in Ellisville. I honestly wished I'd gone to Culver's instead. We arrived at this location around 3pm that afternoon. When we walked in the restaurant looked to be in total chaos. Tables were filthy, floor sticky, and the condiments were out. We placed our usual order 2 # 1's combo I added bacon to my burger & while waiting on our order we contemplated on where we were going to eat since every table was dirty. We finally decided on a table, but quickly decided that spot was not gonna work, due to the AC blowing directly on us. So we relocated to a high top table that wasn't 100% clean but we made due. Never will your establishment look like this & the girl behind the counter I think the manager is making food while she's got her cell phone tucked between her shoulder & ear having an entire conversation. I was totally appalled by her lack of concern as to how things looked. So I stated taking pics of everything that was going on while we waited for our order. There were no lids for medium drinks at the drink machine, the ketchup container was completely empty and there were no napkins on any of the dispensers. As, I continued taking pics the girl behind the counter on her cell phone started whispering to the other employees I'm guessing about me taking pics of this toyally disgusting establishment. A few minutes later a guy came from the back with a spray bottle & towel to start wiping down table's, while another one tended to the overflowing trash receptacles. We got our food & the order was wrong. I didn't even bother taking it back to the counter. I just took the bacon off my bff's burger & added it to mine because at this point I just wanted to hurry up eat & leave. Needless ti say I will never, ever visit this location again. At least at Culver's the order is right & the inside is clean & sanitized as...

So this is the second time I've eaten here,once last week at the st.charkes rock rd/lindberg location and the food and service was excellent. I order the exact same thing and was disappointed at this location on manchester in ballwin. I ordered #1 with peppermint oreo shake....the shake they gave me was small,the other one was med i guess,the shake was a mix of choc and vin swirl and no sign of any oreos! 🙄 The other location the shake was mixed i guess and looked all chocolate with toms of oreo pieces and it was delicious,this location/ballwin was not..not one oreo piece! The photo at the drive through shows the shake actually all white so i was originally surprised when i received it for the first time and it was all chocolate but was very good. So the advertise pic does not reflect what you actually get or looks like. I asked the kid at the window of they made all the food the same at all locations and he said yes...obviously thats not correct. Then he said well its supposed to be a mix and maybe the other location/lindberg maybe made it wrong... Either way im not happy and disappointed at this location in ballwin on manchester. Also at around the time i went/11 ish the lobby was closed and i had to go through the drive thu. I need to use the restroom and eat inside and couldnt,bad customer service for restaurants to keep closing they lobby. And my...

Walked in on a Friday afternoon and it was eerily empty. All the other locations are usually thriving.After stepping over trash and greasy sidewalks to get in we fins out why. The restaurant was unclean. Counters sticky and gross, items not stocked, and too much to type to be honest lol I ordered a sandwich plain... As I waited for the order I saw the cook take my sandwich and wipe all the ingredients off with the bun and replace the bun. Needless to say I did not eat it. Woman with pink streaked dyed hair definitely could see my displeasure so rudely asked if I was waiting on something. Yes my food lol. Then wet up to ask about missing items. Two male cooks just looked at us and then looked away blatantly ignoring us. Got back to our table after finally getting our unfresh fries we did no finish. Then wife discovered her tenders were raw in the middle. We didn't say anything just politely cleaned up after ourselves and left. Would not have made a difference if we said anything it is obvious no one on that staff cares. After being a fan of the other locations I am shocked at this place. No way this business will last. No way I will return to...
