Horrible experience. I called a few days ago and asked if they were still buying clothes and what the hours were. They only buy clothes during a time period when most people are working! Today I decided to take my clothes over during my lunch hour. I had very current clothing and jewelry, they literally bought nothing and told me that their inventory was too high for some of these items along with the styles being “hard” to sell. If they have too much inventory, why not just stop buying for awhile or at least let customers know what types of items they are buying. This was a huge inconvenience to my day and wasted my time. I will definitely not visit this location again. They are not honest with their customers. In addition, the parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of. I would recommend taking your clothes somewhere...

I shop here all the time . I think their store is one most amazing , very clean and tidy ! The employees are always a friendly !😊 I enjoy the wonderful shopping experience they know my likes . These ladies always point me in the right direction as I drive an hour and a half here I really enjoy look through the Variety of clothing , accessories& purses every time ! I am so grateful to have people there that actually care about my wants 😊.I especially love high end designer great quality products for amazing price !!I have purchased a ton of clothes and handbag !! I constantly talk about Clothing Mentor with all clients & friend and everybody I know always seems to thank me!! This store is absolutely incredible! As a plus size woman I have had horrible experiences at other Clothes Mentors. This place has never failed me. Always warm and welcoming! I said I'd order online and pick up in-store, saw they did shipping, I forgot who I spoke to but they called to confirm that I did want them shipped! I haven't always found a lot there but theres always at least 1 item I leave with. Try to stop by sometime they are fair on prices and tend to have great deals on everything! 🖤🥰 P.s. im 2 hours 20 minutes away..its worth the...
