I am honestly beyond dissatisfied with this location and the company as a whole. To start, most of their employees are very young and are not educated in the billing policies in which they are required to explain when they are signing someone up for a membership as well as when someone cancels. I was told there would be no contract and that you can cancel at anytime, only thing is that you are required to give 30 days notice. I went in on the day my account was being charged to cancel to insure it doesn't come out again and I was assured it won't charge me again because my next billing date was 30 days out. Now here I am 30 days later with another monthly charge that cannot be refunded, a 3 month payoff of 97 dollars because I have been with club for under a year, along with a 45 dollar annual fee which you are required to pay for in advance when you initially sign up. I understand billing systems are mostly automatic, however for the manager to tell me there is nothing she can do for me is beyond me.
If you enjoy a gym that is overly busy 24/7, if you love being told incorrect information and then charged hundreds of dollars after you were assured you wouldn't be....this gym is the right...
Read moreI had the three day trial and went to try my second day. The first time was a great experience, dropped the kids there and everything. The second time not great. I showed up and the front desk proceeded to tell me it's three CONSECUTIVE days. I thought I must have overlooked it but upon checking the pass and the website, I can't find anywhere where it says that. So my first issue of that's the case is it should be made more clear.
I then decided I had come this far and would eat the ten dollar one time charge. Was meeting a friend there to workout like the first time. And our kids would play together. The front desk the stopped me and said sorry, we can't take your kid unless you have a membership.
Look, it wasnt the end of the world but it was a waste of time. .I'm surprised they did not make an exception as it ses clear it's not a liability issue it's a money issue.
Anyways, I'd just try to. More clear on that. I was l close to cancelling orange theory in lieu of CF but given that I couldn't even get a hold of an actual person at the location to discuss it seems that avoiding...
Read moreThe Good: -Excellent variety of equipment -Truly high-heat dry sauna (and recently renovated) -24-hour access is a major perk -Rewards program
The Bad: -Often crowded at all hours - late evenings included. It consistently feels more packed than any gym I’ve been to. Edit: Much less crowded since Crunch Gym opened down the street. -Locker room cleanliness could be improved. The equipment floor is generally well maintained, but the bathroom and showers often lack basic supplies like soap, and the locker room feels noticeably outdated. -No direct phone line to the facility, which makes it difficult to reach staff.
Overall: I still keep my membership primarily for the sauna, which is excellent, but I now work out at a different gym. If you’re here for the sauna and 24-hour access, it has strong value. The rewards program is...
