I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your establishment. My visit was profoundly disappointing, falling far short of expectations in several key areas.

Firstly, the food quality was unacceptable. The dishes were excessively salty, and the meat was noticeably old and tough, resulting in a significant impact on my health; I suffered from diarrhea for an entire week following the meal. This is particularly concerning given that I was expecting authentic Honduran cuisine, and this fell drastically short of that standard. Frankly, the quality of the food did not align with what one would expect from a restaurant serving Honduran food.

Secondly, the service was severely lacking. Our server demonstrated a marked inability to adequately explain the menu, leaving us feeling confused and uninformed about our choices. The extensive wait time of approximately 50 minutes for our order to arrive further exacerbated our negative experience.

Finally, the operational aspects of your restaurant were also problematic. The insistence on cash-only payment was highly inconvenient, forcing us to make an unplanned trip to an ATM. To compound matters, the excessively loud music created an unpleasant and disruptive atmosphere, making it impossible to enjoy our meal in a relaxed setting.

In summary, my experience was extremely negative, encompassing subpar food quality, poor service, and inconvenient operational practices. First time visiting this restaurant, the service upon arrival was immediate and very friendly. We have a large family and they made accommodations right away without us asking! The food was amazing.
