Burger King — Restaurant in Elyria

First of all I had a special-order item I told the employee twice to make sure she got it right. Then when I received my receipt before the food I looked and she did not ring it up right as I suspected. So I asked again and I think a manager overheard me and checked the order and of course it was wrong. The employee claimed she" did not hear me" I know I told her twice a third employee actually looked at her and said "yeah he said that" . So if that person heard me who wasn't even on the register why didn't the register person comprehend it ? Then I realized that her mind must have been somewhere else as with one hand she put my food on the tray and the other hand she was putting food in her mouth so she obviously was thinking about eating rather than customer service. Then brought my tray to the counter and kind of dropped it down to where french fries and onion rings were falling off onto the counter and said "does that look right" kind of with an attitude. I've never had bad service there before I was just very unhappy...

My order came ice cold like it was just taken out of the refrigerator. I called to complain about it I was already out on the road did not have time to turn around and spend another 25 minutes in line to get a new sandwich. The manager on duty yesterday told me she put my name in the book and I could come in at any time to pick up a new sandwich I went this evening the manager there argued with me because the manager did not put my name in their rock. I thought she told me her name with merissa when I brought the name she said there was no other women managers it's all men while then why did this young lady when I called yesterday tell me she was a manager and give me her name. Tell I did not get my sandwich or my order corrected this place is a waste of time and money to go to this is not the 1st time this has happened. And when you bring something a mistake to the manager's attention they cop an attitude with you. This place ought to...

There was an older couple eating inside we ordered our food it took about 20 minutes to get 2 orders of chicken nuggets 1 order of fries and and a whopper jr. They put 1 order of nuggets and the fries and the whopper jr on the tray and left them sit of about 15 minutes to get cold and finally made the other nuggets. We sit down to eat and the kids who were working locked the doors at 6pm (when the inside closes at 7pm) and told us when we were finished to let them know and they would let us out.....and I think they had already cleaned their shake machine and they told us it was broken. Also a couple other people come up to the door at 6 and just couple mins after 6 and left because they couldn't get inside THE WAIT FOR THE FOOD TOOK TO LONG AND WAS COLD AND THE STAFF OF TEENAGERS THEY HAD RUNNING THE PLACE WERE NOT FRIENDLY AND APPARENTLY WANTED...
