My entire order was $25, if I'm paying $25 for Fast Food, I'd expect it to be right. This is a picture of my $10 Panera Sierra Turkey Sandwich. I went to this Panera around 7:30 on Monday and this will be the last time I go to this location. I have had bad experiences before at this location.
On Monday my entire order was wrong, I have had my order incorrect or wrong with this manager before and she makes you feel like you're an idiot so it was not worth me bringing this to the attention of the manager that night. Everything we asked for was clear on the receipt.
Sierra Turkey Sandwich - I mean it looks disgusting. The bread is wrong. Which has happened before but typically they let you know or ask what bread you want to swap out with it. There was literally one piece of turkey on it ripped in half and folded.
Banquettes - I specifically asked for them. We got chips.
Chicken Caesar Salad w/ Extra Dressing & Extra Chix - We did not get any extra dressing & did not get extra chicken, even though they charged us $4 for it.
Broc. Cheddar Soup - this was right!
Chocolate Chip Cookie - I got an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
**I quickly checked the order and the cookie. I noticed the cookie was wrong and that we got chips. I ran back in with the cookie and chips and went to the front where the manager was and an employee. I said "We got the wrong cookie, it's supposed to be Chocolate Chip and we wanted baguettes". Manager said "Okay".. turned to the employee and said grab a cookie and baguettes. The employee handed me the right cookie and said they did not have any baguettes. Alright? And that is literally it, no one apologized for the mix up of the cookie or that I specifically asked for a baguette and never told they didn't have any.

Read moreIt is unfortunate that every time my family orders from this store it is always out of this and that. Out of the bread a certain sandwich comes on to bread bowls and pastries. When ordering an item that you are charged full price for, only to be told that you are "out of" when we check the bag and ask where it is at, don't you think you should tell customers this? Instead of charging them for the "out of" item and keeping their money?? I think one of my favorites was when of the cashiers told us that they discontinued Passion Paypa green tea because they didn't want to make anymore for the evening?? You see, we did a walk in order this time instead of the app. When we walked out realizing the bag was pretty light, we checked the bag only to find the bread bowl was missing. When we went back in and asked where the bread bowl was at, we were informed that there wasn't anymore bread bowls. To top it off, our money couldn't be refunded because we didn't have the receipt, we just walked out the door and left the receipt in the car. I can honestly say, I'll pass on this place for future food purchases and let those know that you should never be treated as a customer as we...
Read moreI do feel bad giving only 2 stars because I love Paneras, but... it seems that every time I go to this one, they screw up my order in some way. Constantly out of baked pastries/cookies. On the last visit, we were heading out of town, and I wanted something for breakfast before we left. We decided to dine in. I odered an Asiago bacon, egg, and cheese. I got a sausage egg and cheese. After many issues with this Paneras, I just decided to eat it, and I won't go back. The time before I ordered on the app...a sandwich without the peppers...I got my sandwich and, of course, it had peppers. When I called and asked, "May I please speak with the manager" the girl was extremely rude yet claimed she was the manager. I asked for her name, and she refused to tell me...enough said. Guess it's hard to get good employees these days. Save yourself some aggravation and go to N. Abbe...
