Clown show 🤡 and noticed same at other locations. Everytime I ordered too much dilly dally, lollygag, weeblewobble inefficiency behind the counter. Scatterbrained assembly line approach is too slow. The sandwich should go straight onto the wrapping paper for added toppings, and wrapped right there when done then moved. Not being placed in the previous sandwich leftover slop, then inched along slid to get wrapped by the cash register from another person than who made it?!? With different people constantly moving around all over the place, taking turns wasting gloves to wrap then take off for the register, making messes, dropping food on the floor at the grill trying to slide it over onto a lower counter where the bread is and miss?!? Should be done in hand over the grill or some better side grill arrangement. Then having to restart grilling the same order slowing the whole process?!? I ordered cold and hot sandwiches and got wrong bread type on the hot that seemed stale. For a major franchise this is ridiculous and needs to be rethought how to make sandwiches at high volumes, and from the corporate level how to improve management and figure out whose position is what behind...

Wednesday January 15th 2025 about 11am or so I walked in. Immediately had to wait to order, only one girl taking orders. I ordered the #42 chipotle chicken and the #17 Mike’s Philly and when it was time to pay I was sitting there waiting and the woman at the register lets the man after me pay for his food and walk out before I was able to. She didn’t even know I had an order until I told her i was waiting to pay. I told her what I ordered and she asks me if I wanted anything else as if she was taking my order for the first time. Then after the food came right when she asks me anything else. Says she overlooked me and that it was a mistake. Now as an African American man you know how this looks. Will not be coming here again and those people of color I’d advise you not to come here either....

This is the first time coming to this location. When I asked if I could get my cold sandwich toasted or if they were able, the cook made a smart remark and stated “I can toast the meat not the bread.” I was trying to give the lady taking the order what to put on the sandwich she stopped me and said “We will do that when the sandwich is done.” I ordered the second sandwich thinking they will ask about putting on any condiments. Finished the first sandwich and then the second sandwich came. I asked did they put Mayonaise or any other condiments and they stated no. For this being my first time they were rushing, not taking their time and not being very accommodating. The girl at the register was the only one who had sense to be polite. This will be the first and last time...
