EDIT: 07/17/2021 Made another visit today. Experience was over all pleasant though service was slow. Received order promptly once I pulled up to the window, but waited quite a while for someone to take the order at the drive-thru speaker. Adding stars, but plenty of room for improvement. Staff was at order window and dispensing window were friendly and smiled.
EDIT: 06/15/2021 How low can they go? Today I picked up my mobile order to find out that they had changed my order and removed the coupon for the free drink. When I got my receipt I had been OVER CHARGED $1.14 over what the mobile app indicated the order would cost. Seriously McDonald's, you that desperate that you need to defraud your customers? I placed and completed a mobile order using credit card. Upon arriving at the speaker my mobile order confirmation number. The attendant said that they were only taking cash. I explained that I had completed my order with a credit card through the corporate app and had a confirmation number, what was I supposed to do? When I pulled around to the payment window there was no one there. Eventually a kid popped his head out of the pick-up window and waved me down to that window. When I got to the window the kid repeated that they were only taking cash as the computers were down. Showed him the conformation in the corporate app and asked if I could have a written confirmation of the payment so that if the transaction appeared on my bank statement when I came back in during the day I would have documentation of what happened and could get my money back for one of the payments as the day manager would have no idea of what happened otherwise. The boy told me that I could pull up to the next window and wait two hours or maybe longer for the computers to come back up or he would have me arrested and removed from the premises. Seriously McDonald's? That makes not sense! What a way to treat senior citizens! McDonald's—trying to outdo Starbucks with the mistreatment...
Read moreI told the lady at the window that i should’ve gotten an ice cream cone. She slammed the window shut and yelled for the manager “can I go home I don’t want to be here anymore”. Then rolled her eyes when she saw me still at the window. I ordered an m&m McFlurry and an ice cream cone flipped into a cup. I had a code for a free cone. The computer rang it up as “special request” they told me there was no ice cream cone on their screen so I had to go back through the line. The line was wrapped around the building and I had already been in line for a half hour. I then asked for a refund because the McFlurry that I paid for was melted and I can’t go home with ice cream for only one person. I even tried to give the cup of milk back. They told me that I was weird and I have to either go through back through the line and order again or not get my cone. They told me to pull up tor my refund. 10 minutes later they brought me my refund in nickels and Pennie’s. They slammed the window before I could say anything. I worked a 14 hour shift today and all I wanted was my ice cream and Taco Bell. I was here for 45 minutes and didn’t get anything and my Taco Bell got cold. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. Oh and the McFlurry they gave me was 100% melted and they refused to remake it even though it was a cup of milk. I was polite and smiled the whole time and they called me weird, ignored me, rolled their eyes at me, and maliciously gave me pocket change instead of the four dollar bills that I paid with. And I saw them laughing and pointing at me. And the lady that took my money was cussing and complaining. I didn’t even say...
Read moreThe worst drive thru experience i have EVER had. Placed order with AI order screen, the receipt time stamped 5:39. Pulled to first window...got drink, and asked to pull up to the second window. Where I waited...and waited....and waited some more with nobody at the window or giving me any updates or explanation, you know, good old fashioned customer service when something is going on out of the ordinary...then I waited even more! Finally at 5:56 I was given my number one meal. After the car behind me in line got their food! And the fries were cold and not crispy! You would think after waiting almost 20 minutes the least they could do would be to make sure the food was hot. BEWARE of this location if you're in a hurry. I was late for an appointment as a result.
Patties are so much smaller than they used to be as well. I know that is not this location's fault however, that is just corporate greed.
