Subway — Restaurant in Emmitsburg

I can't say enough bad about this location. They are always out of something. Be it bread, or ingredients. Also they never accept national promotions. Its worth the drive to Thurmont or Waynesboro to get what you ordered. My last order i ordered food, they call from a cell phone to say no italian bread surprise surprise. They tell me I can cancel my order through the app. You can not in fact cancel through the app. I tried calling, no answer multiple times. Had to drive to the store to tell them to just make it with what they have. They seemed so clueless. I hate to be this mean but they just can never get anything right here. Owner obviously could care less and I will never be back and I will ensure everyone I know is made away of the continuous problems from this location. And when I finally got this order they had not freaking lid for my sale so it was strapped in plastic wrap. I attached the pictures of this mess. Second update, the damn bread was hard as a rock when we got home. This franchisee is so bad I will call Subway to ensure they know about not just my experience but so many...

First... Half of my sandwich tasted like the one that was made before mine because the young lady didn't change her gloves. When I asked if they had swiss cheese, she said "we have provolone, they taste the same"...I disagree. I asked the guy who rang me out how the subway app I just downloaded worked and he said it's just for pre ordering so you're food ideas ready when you get there. Found out later thats not all it does. When my wife and I got home to eat or food, we both unwrapped it and the subs fell apart. We literally had to put them both back together peice by peice. I was very displeased with my latest trip to the Emmitsburg MD Subway. I had stopped in for breakfast one morning and ending waiting 5-10 minutes for an employee to finish what he was doing to take my order. After that, the sub I had ordered was very poor in quality (and quantity). I had received less than a third of the meat that I would normally have gotten in any other subway restaurant I would have stopped at. Needless to say, I won't be stopping back for there...
