Whataburger — Restaurant in Emory

Avoid at all cost! The employees are unhygienic. There was older woman with pink hair that looked like she was on drugs and guess w ha t she was rude. There was an African-American woman that threw so much attitude my bag flew through the window. There is an overweight Caucasian manager that condones stereotypes and condones harassment of the customers in the form of unfunny jokes meant to shame you to buy more food. “Your pocket book can’t afford an apple pie?” “You not gonna buy your kids some food.” “ What about the rest of your family?” The store maybe new but the people inside forget to add your side items and brush their teeth. - they were throwing shade about not buying a kids meal but when I do order one they forget my kids apples and cookie!

I recently visited Whataburger and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the sticky floors and a pervasive, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my meal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, taking an unusually long time to take my order despite the Whataburger being nearly empty.

When my food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, and the burger was a mess of overcooked patty and wilted lettuce that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. To top it off, the drink dispenser was out of several options, and the one I chose was flat and tasteless.

The entire experience felt rushed and neglected, and I left feeling unsatisfied and annoyed. If you're considering stopping here, I would strongly recommend finding an alternative. Always great service. Hospitable and respectful team every encounter I had. Last night I ordered the tender meal. The tenders were very very small. I went inside and asked if I could have a refund, the manager came to see the order and said yes I can. Then I changed my mind and just asked if the could make it right just by correcting the order. Elizabeth went above and beyond. She refunded my order and made the order right, and there and a brownie!!! Didn’t even expect all of that but so so appreciative.
