Horrible sandwich spot! We have been to this place 3 times and each time there was always a long line and took forever. The second time the burnt the sandwiches We figured 3rd times a charm.... smh nope, This last time I did it online to avoid the long line. We got Philly steak and a chicken protein bowls, get home and BOTH bowls had cold meats. Like just came out of the icebox cold. We call and ask why they were cold and the kid who answered was talking to some girl who refused to get on the phone and I could hear every word and she was sooooo rude. They blamed it on us!! Said we should have put it in the special instructions. I was floored. I told them when you are in the store ordering you aren't asked if you want the meat heated. Just if you want the bread toasted and if you don't then you automatically heat the meat! They argued with me. She not one time offered to replace the bowls. I did not even let them finish with the conversion at that point. I told the young man that I was about to head back to them to make it right. We got there and she had already made them but as we walked in she still had the attitude and continued to tell me how to place it in the special instruction place. I was over it at this point. If you must use this location, don’t order through the app. This subway stole 36 dollars after we placed an order through the app and were charged for it but I guess they did not get the order? They are refusing to make it even if we are able to show proof of the purchase through the transaction. The employee (possibly named Brittany) working is very rude, she spoke with my husband first telling him it’s not their app, it’s through a 3rd party so basically not their problem. I called back to figure out what we need to do next to get this resolved because it’s not right and she didn’t even let me finish explaining or get to my question, she very rudely and full of attitude cut me off and told me “like I told your husband there’s nothing we can do blah blah blah” so I returned the attitude and she hung up on me. I called back and my call was ignored twice before she answered again, I asked for her name and her supervisors name because at this point, the lack of care and straight disrespect was mind blowing and she told me the supervisor is about to call me…. Still waiting? I get that technical issues can happen sometimes but where is the customer service? The customer assistance? They do not care that their system just stole 36...

Called back to speak to the manager and was treated rudely and to call back in an hour they were too busy and then hung up on so I thing the manager is part of the problem at this location. I actually had people in line gasp at the server's attitude. I just had to walk out of your busy restaurant because of poor treatment and wanted to share it with the manager so they could coach the server on how to properly respect a customer especially when they treated you with respect. The hang up and not willing to speak to me was enough to actually have me contact corporate. Looking at the amount of recent bad reviews they have I think they will find that enough to do something about it let us hope. I then went to the Mineola Subway and they were Absolutely fantastic. Treated with respect and was well managed. They need to send the manager and rotate staff through Mineola location so they can learn how to properly run...
