Me and my bff were at the 9/11/21 farmers market and had to use the restroom cause of all the walking... before we went in i said we have to buy something to be able to use the restroom i think which we didnt mind... we ordered two cookies and a whole pickle, something small since we were just gonna use the rr, they had a mini assembly line for the sandwhiches which everything was going well till the 3rd/last person to roll up my pickle in the jj wrapper didnt acknowledge me didnt tell me ANYTHINGA AT ALL.... he set (what i didnt know at the time was) my pickle off the counter didnt say anything and i thought it was a sandwhich for another customer so i waited patiently (still needing to relieve myself) so my friend says go ahead ill wait here for ur pickle, i went came back STILL NOTHING but the rolled up pickle was still there so i was like ima reach over the counter and grab it to check if its soft or solid (sandwhich or pickle) TURNED OUT IT WAS MY PICKLE... THE GUY LEFT THE COUNTER WHEN WE WALKED UP TO IT DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE ME OR MY FRIEND AT ALL like if he didnt want to touch what we touched or talk to us he responded to the family behind us for him to make us feel the way he did he was indescribable we felt invisible ,bad look for Jimmy johns. I didnt get his name. But it was real sad to have to go through that and us speaking up thinking he just couldnt hear because of our masks but he chose not to speak to us. Went for lunch today and was really disappointed. The guy at the register was fine but the young lady making the sandwiches was very snippy and seemed like she didn’t want us there. Took forever for sandwiches to come out and we could see them being made with absolutely zero sense of urgency. Heard other customers comment on her attitude as they walked past us with to-go orders. Our sandwiches ranged from bad to ok. My toasted chicken and bacon had one tiny strip of bacon and a thin, soggy line of minced chicken that seemed to have been added along the bread cut after the sandwich had already been closed.
