Town Royal — Restaurant in Emporia

My cousin and I came in earlier tonight and ordered two oatmeal stouts at the bar. The bartender poured and served them to us and they were completely flat, which was obvious from the first sip. We immediately returned them and asked for a replacement. Another bartender, whom I can only assume was acting in a managerial capacity, told us that they were fine. I stirred my beer to show there was no carbonation in it at all. He then said that we should either leave or he would have someone escort us out. I said we would go somewhere else if he refunded my purchase. HE CALLED THE COPS. The police showed up (we hadn't had a single drink yet) and let us leave without incident. I freaking love this place! Especially now y'all got all that pinball! I've only had one bad experience down there and that was just because of one jerk otherwise the staff is awesome and it's always fun to come in play some games and chit chat. I threw at least $10 into those pinball machines and me and my friends had a blast! Always tip your bartender because they're working hard so we can have fun. I refer to this place as the Townie bar. This is where a lot of locals go to drink, socialize, and watch sports. There's always a friendly local crowd for after work drinks and during sporting events.
