I’m shocked, I’m not one to normally leave a bad review especially as someone that works in customer service myself. But when they got my order wrong, the service I received specifically from the manager was despicable. I got dead silence on the line when I was transferred to her, so I asked if she knew anything about what was going on. She verified I had the order for my given address and asked what I got. I told her the order I received incorrectly and she asked if I wanted a new pizza made or a credit, I asked for a pizza. Throughout the conversation she was short, blunt, and her tone was as if I had inconvenienced her not that she had any desire to help me. And honestly, that’s not even the problem, I was fine with all of that…. The problem arises when I called back because I was unsure if they’re remaking the incorrect order or the right one. That’s when she not only didn’t clarify but was mentioning they need the old pizza back. I had never had that happen before and thought it was odd and since I didn’t like the toppings on the one they gave us had already thrown the box in the trash. They insisted I need to retrieve that pizza to get it back to them in order for my order to be corrected. Which I had already paid. I was mentioning that it seems unreasonable for me to need to dig through my trash due to sanitary conditions but she insisted it’s required if I want my order. She was persistent I had eaten the pizza asking several times throughout the conversation when I kept telling her I threw it out. And then hung up on me. Without any resolve. My girlfriend then called back and someone else answered and confirmed they would still deliver the correct order. So we fished the box out of the trash, and exchanged it with the delivery driver when he brought our corrected order. It seemed very unusual behavior to get this kind of service. I’ve ordered from dominios a ton over the years from different stores and never received service like this. I’m honestly sorry for all the employees that have to work under this manager. It seems dreadful from the short interaction I had with her. I’m so sorry to all of you. To corporate if you see this, she should be fired or go through immense training to change that behavior. I don’t know if this is a one off scenario, I like to assume the best and positive intent, but this was bad…and I’ve worked in customer service for...
Read moreThe only thing worse than the service here Is the Employees themselves. I ordered a Lg. Pizza with extra cheese. It arrived (The delivery drivers name was Kendall) and I brought it upstairs. upon opening the box a slice and a bunch of the cheese fell all over my floor. I opened it up the rest of the way and saw all the cheese and most of the sauce had slid all the way to one side. I called the store and the supervisor told me they only replace it if you give them the problem one back, which I agreed too. The same delivery driver Kendall brings me a replacement pizza. When I come all the way downstairs he demands (In front of 2 separate neighbors) that I open the box right there in front of my house for him to inspect. (Asking for the old pizza is strange enough per industry standards. But to demand to inspect it?! Since when is treating your customers like suspicious Criminals a good sales strategy??) Anyway I do as he says. He stares at the box quietly for almost a minute..he than says sorry I cant give you this new one you ate a slice, and starts walking away. I quickly try and explain I had thrown out the 1 slice that fell before I called the store. (Does Dominos expect its customers to dig through the trash to prove they aren't cheats or something?!) He then littelry says too bad, I tell him, I make good money you think I have nothing better to do than try n scam a pizza? He says well if you make such good money why didnt you tip me? (Clearly some if not all of his actions were clear cut revenge over the tip) Despite telling him I will call Corporate He than walked to his car keeping my replacement pizza and drives off. (I thought the hefty $4.50 delivery fee was tip). Anyway I call the store again and ask to speak to the supervisor again. I hear some whispering in the background and the person tells me shes not available and then also basically taunts me to call Corporate. I dont understand how you can treat customers like this. I have ordered from them multiple times...a few of those times the products weren't even that good but I never complained. But yet this is how they treat their customer . I deserve a refund but I doubt I'll ever get one. Instead they lost a lifetime customer and hopefully you all order especially delivery with caution if at all. It's not worth the headaches, disrespect or...
Read moreIt’s sad when You have one bad apple to spoil the whole store. This is our local dominoes. We order pizza at least two times a week same pizza half mushroom half ham no cut. My son is nonverbal so he loves to cut the pizza when we bring it home, Even the manager Justin knows that. Seems like every time he’s not there. It’s an issue this time. I had to write a report about it. So we always order online wait until it’s in the oven to drive .6 miles away from our home to pick up the pizza in this case I had to wait the extra 35 minutes because the man who’s making the pizza made a mistake and cut it. It would have been fine if they would’ve told me and not just make me wait in limbo. Once the Second pizza was ready I expressed to the gentleman hey next time we’ll just take the cut pizza instead of just waiting an additional 30 minutes for you to make it again. The new young lady with glasses proceeds to push the pizza box in my hand and tell me get out. I told her I can tell Your new and I will be speaking to the manager about this, but my wife said go ahead and post it on Google. Train your staff to be courteous it goes a long way train your staff to read as well as...
