This place may have a good ice cream, but they also have a terrible customer service. You may not be able to have an ice cream even after waiting for nearly 2 hours.
Ok. I went to this store a few weeks ago with my wife. Since we were moving out to CT, I wanted to buy my wife an icecream that she loved before moving. When we arrived, the store was having a free cone day. I don’t remember the exact time, but it was around a lunch time. One of the employee came out and told us that we might have to wait for an hour and a half if we wanted to buy without drive-thru as the event will be over at that time. We decided to wait as the weather was really good and wanted to have the icecream outside. We went back to the store after 1.5hr, but another employee came out and told us to wait for additional 30 minutes as they still have customers for a free cone day. We told her the situation, but she just went back to the store after saying sorry. Since we have already waited for a long time, we decided to wait a little longer. After 30 minutes, we went back. And we were told to leave with a free cup of small chocolate icecream, as they do not know when the event will end. We told them that they should’ve told us before asking us to wait, and could’ve told us while we were waiting because we were sitting right next to the store. But the man who looked like an owner told us that he will remember us, and he promised us a good service next time. Since we thought we would not be able to visit the store often after moving, we brought our car to do the drive-thru to buy the icecream and have it at home. It took like 5-10 minutes since the man asked us to leave. When we arrived, they were closing the drive-thru and getting the walk-in customers. We were speechless. I want the store to give customers the right instruction so that they wouldnt have to wait...
Read moreyou’re an ice cream lover, this spot in Grand is a must-visit! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones and a bright, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like a kid again. The selection of flavors is impressive—ranging from the classics like chocolate and vanilla to more creative and seasonal options you won’t find anywhere else. Everything tastes fresh and creamy, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients.
One of my favorite parts is the way they present their ice cream. The sundaes are loaded with toppings, the milkshakes are thick and flavorful, and the cones are perfectly crisp. Portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. I tried the cookie dough and salted caramel swirl, and both were amazing—the perfect balance of sweet and rich without being overwhelming.
The staff is friendly and patient, even when the line is long, and they’re always happy to let you sample a flavor before deciding. The shop is clean, family-friendly, and has seating inside and out, which makes it a great place to hang out on a nice day.
Overall, this ice cream shop in Grand is more than just dessert—it’s an experience. Whether you’re stopping by after dinner, taking the kids out for a treat, or just indulging in something sweet for yourself, it’s absolutely worth the visit. I can’t wait to go back and try...
Read moreBeen coming here for the past 20+ years with friends and family and yes the price has increased but i still paid for good ice cream. Unfortunately, today i was told i couldn’t have a certain flavor on a waffle cone because it was a PREMIUM flavor. What?! I’m not sure it’s the staff’s fault but poor management. I asked why and they told me it’s because their premium flavors have to go in a cup or separate container, when all I wanted was two different flavor scoops on just one waffle cone. The teller told me it’s that way because of their system and how they can’t place the premium flavor inside the waffle cone and charge me. In reality it’s so they can charge me for TWO different ITEMS/FLAVORS. One waffle cone and one small cup of premium flavor which is dumb.
I even said I’ll pay extra if they put both flavors on the same cone so i could just enjoy my cone and leave. But they still said they couldn’t place the PREMIUM flavor on the waffle cone. Which is RIDICULOUS , never heard of that reasoning before especially towards a customer. There’s no sign or anything posted about premium flavors inside the store. Even after i changed the flavor the cone came out to 12$ on a small waffle cone. Oh and the scoops were small.
Greed has taken over this establishment and it’s quite sad and bad for business. Not sure I’ll take my family...
