The office staff seem unorganized and should I told me to have my most recent test with me as to find out they only had 2023 blood work and not my most recent ultrasound in 2023. Last ultrasound doctor received was in 2021 . Yes this isnt doctor fault but shouldn't he ask for most recent ultrasound? The nurse taking my blood pressure etc had no idea most of my tests were online. I should of been ask over phone to bring my most recent tests. I assume everything was on file from specialist with most recent test results and they were not. The nurse and doctor himself was rude. I don't appreciate how I was judge how I got to his office as many people use rideshare and public transportation. Does it really matter how I got to his office? Also was push to schedule surgery as I do not know when and told the doctor numerous times unsure when I can come for surgery. What also bother me doctor didnt want to do recent test and wanted to slice my neck immediately with old ultrasound test and no other testing. I will be going to find somewhere. I also had to tell the doctor about my low vitamin D and how my calcium was low. He didnt even speak about my blood work or even if this might effect my vitamin d and calcium. Dr. Kim is the kindest, nicest doctor I have ever met. He is an exceptional surgeon with the best bed side manners. His office staff is the best. Just so nice and professional. Dr. Kim did my surgery for a biopsy and I was so nervous just before surgery but after talking with him, and him taking the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, I felt calm knowing I was in good hands. My surgery was on 8-15-25, 11:30- 2:15pm. Today is Saturday 2:55 pm and I feel great. Dr. Kim is incredible, his work is excellence by conviction, that's how his results are.
