Received a sample from them and I’ve been back-and-forth on purchasing due to the price and I’m not sure how I will do the edging since it’s not polished on the sides. The reason I’m leaving this review is because the times I’ve reached out regarding to my shipment not moving and being told it was due to weather though it was beautiful, or questions about edging - the responses I received were short and not very helpful until I push for more. I expect if you’re spending $45 a square foot to have better customer service than what I’ve experienced from here. I purchased and am having installed tile - the Handmade Moroccan Zellige 4x4 Asparagus Green Terracotta Tile. The quality is AWFUL. Half the tiles are unusable because of chips both in edges and corners as well as the glazing. The quality is POOR and inexcusably bad at this price point. Obviously there’s no quality control in their process. I had the most amazing customer service experience with Cemento Collections, and Alan in their sales department. Prompt response when I inquired about availability, and was assured they had my product. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong tile and moment's before the tile was to be shipped out, put in a cancelation order and Alan made sure that they could stop the shipping and processed my refund. 5 starts doesn't do it justice in my opinion, I would double that up for a 10 star rating.
