KFC — Restaurant in Enid

Food was mediocre ordered coleslaw with our hot wings and the put the “cold” coleslaw in the bottom of the box and then piled “warm fries and hot wings on top of it, got none of the sauces we asked for, and when we went back to get our sauces the manager was kind of rude about the whole thing when I mentioned the coleslaw being in the same box as the hot food. The whole experience was just kind of irritating and doesn’t want me to want to dine there again...

It's just not the same as it used to be - I mean KFC in general. The menu is a puzzle. Is there a choice in your dinner, or is the "Box" the only option now. They have fallen into the "fast food" twilight zone. They just can't decide on what to offer, the menu is different every time I go there.
