7-Brew has a beautiful thing going across this country !

They are blooming like a beautiful flower garden with nothing but the best !!

As a former Arkansas resident I have watched 7 Brew grow from their first original store in Northwest Arkansas. The stores in Fayetteville,Siloam Springs,Bentonville to now in almost 30 states and counting !

I knew the moment I patronized them years ago in Arkansas they were going to go somewhere.

As a over the road trucker, we have been able to experience 7 Brew at many many locations. Without fail they have ALL been CONSISTENT. From having all the ingredients, to super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and quick and efficient service.

We love 7 Brew not only because of their product, but because of how they treat their employees and strive to be the best nationwide.

I wish 7 Brew nothing but success and for all employees and staff to keep going with the years of your dedication and hard work into the future.

Many businesses should take note of how 7 Brew operates and apply to their own standards.

My husband and daughter went there to get an Americano with an extra shot for me the young lady, taking the owner with the piercing in her septum and tattoo on her finger, informed my daughter that they don’t have Americano. No explaining to her which my daughter did not because she felt it would be make her feel stupid. if you have espresso, you have Americano, but she didn’t do that instead, she ordered a blonde coffee with a shot of espresso which came to me with milk wasn’t even a coffee with shot of espresso. I don’t use milk. I don’t use sugar and it was nasty and I’m not even sure what it was so I tried to call realizing that there is no phone number to the local store surprise so when you call corporate, which is phone number they give you when you ask for customer service it tells you there’s nobody there Not surprised I will pay double if necessary go to Starbucks or da Vinci’s before I will ever go back to seven brew. They’re not very bright they have zero customer service and no follow-through. It is a franchise that hides behind the corporate name and the corporate phone number so the franchisee does not have to deal with customers. Management nonexistent or this would not...

This was my first time trying 7 Brew. This place is always busy (which is a good sign) & today I had time to give it a try. I didn't want a coffee, so we got a strawberry & peach smoothie. Customer service was impeccable! I told the young man it was my first time visiting & he immediately (with a smile) gave me the run down. They were busy & he didn't rush us with information. He explained how everything worked with a smile & with patience. When we were waiting for our drinks, the young man standing there was very polite & also told me how the process worked. To my surprise, the wait time wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The smoothies were blended well, with no big chunks of ice. But, the flavors weren't as flavorful as most smoothies I have had. They needed just a tad more flavor. With that being said, they were good, just not as good as other places. The difference from other shops was their service & that's what will bring us back to try many...
