Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Enid

As a former employee of pizza hut back in the late 90s early 2000s pizza hut pizza has always been my favorite, as long as it's hot and fresh. Getting pizza delivered is tricky it takes good food prep timing along with delivery timing and there are always the factors of how many delivery drivers and how busy the restaurant is but being a former cook, waiter delivery driver and management position I know that it is possible it just takes leadership that has passion for detail. My experience was not bad from pizza hut in Enid ok, I am now a truck driver and stopped in for the night and ordered delivery, from order time to delivery was acceptable but my bread sticks felt tasted like they had been under a warmer for awhile, a little tough and not very hot and fresh, my pizza was good, it could have been a little warmer but it was acceptable. Overall my experience and food was good it just wasn't quite the hot and fresh I love...

Every pizza or anything else I've gotten over the last two years has been really the best Pizza Hut food I've ever had. The delivery service has been top notch and the food has been truly exceptional. The manager was concerned when I was upset about an order once but when I thought they had made a mistake it was all me and I was so impressed with her ability to let me not feel bad for that so it's important to me to take the time to tell anyone that's interested, this is my go to place for reliably tasty pizza perfectly cooked every time and delivered to me hot...

It probably should be one star, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. They should really reconsider who they have answering the phone. I wanted Pizza Hut tonight, but I ended up getting Domino's instead because the woman on the phone at Pizza Hut was so rude and completely uninterested in providing service. It seemed like using words was even too much for her. Terrible.
