Bought a generator with extended warranty asked if returned would I be charged restocking fee was told NO tried generator and didn't work got a second one and it did not work returned it and was charged 94 for restocking fee was told if I kept it over 90 days I wouldn't be charged restocking fee but they still charged a restocking fee. Worst company for a return WONT EVER SHOP AT HARBOR FREIGHT AGAIN. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKED FOR A MANAGER...

Besides the prices being low , I can go in there and find tools I thought never existed!! I was ecstatic!!! The help no matter what they are doing will stop and help you find what you need or tell you what you need to fix it !! It’s a great place I wish it was bigger so they could carry more they need more room to carry all of the lines of things they carry !! I’m happy with them that I want a bigger store !! People wont take care of customers instead of telling me it is on whatever line. I ask can you show me where. Exactly it is. At times they make a face but will help you whenever they have help. Seems there's only two pple working only on such a big store. Great prices but they don't take care of customers. Constructive criticism is what is needed to make this store a better store and...
