First time I experience such a rude employee at this store location. Store was closing and we entered at 8:40 pm, keeping in mind that they will be closing soon. The first announcement came through at 8:45 pm, and all customers heard clearly. I was in the jewelry section when this Lady with short spiky gray hair, thin frame, came up to me with a rude tone of voice and said "we are about to close". I said, 'I am quiet aware of that thank you." I have worked in retail for over 10 years and can understand my boundaries as an employee as well as a customer. To treat others as I want to be treated. The customer is to always be treated in a pleasant manner no matter what time of the night is. There are ways to "rush" the customer without being rude. As she was checking me out at the counter, a customer came through at 9pm. She did not even bother to say hello and just yelled out "we are about to close" . Customer indicated that they will be quick and the employee said "well it is 9 pm" with a rude tone. I did not feel valued at all at this store. I will take my business somewhere else where it is appreciated. You know what was most unfortunate? that it is the holiday season and this is how people treat...

Betty-the old lady with blue hair and painted on eyebrows is VERY rude. She gets annoyed with you if you dont have a store card and have to use your phone number. I watched it happen 3 times while I was waiting in line. She also gets mad if you are ready to check out and interrupt something she is doing. Not the place to have your attitude Betty-seriously???? I wish management would read these and do something about employees like her. Everyone else is so nice there. She needs to get retrained...

Horrible customer service from the manager of the store. I tried to return something without a tag but with a receipt. The shirt that I tried to return had some red marks on it, which wasn't something I did. The manager blamed me for it. I didn't get upset because I couldn't return the shirt, I got upset because I was being called a liar. I would never step in any of the Bealls store. Thankfully nowadays we have choices of where to...
