Prickly Boba Ennis — Restaurant in Ennis

We ordered two drinks, and shortly after a drink that I thought was mine was put on the counter. No name was called or what the drink was. Someone grabs it and takes it to their table. Fair enough they were there before we were. She looks at it and passes around to the other people at the table but then just lets it sit there. The other drink I had to ask about after 30 minutes of waiting and other people after us getting their order. They make it right away. I didn’t say anything about the other drink which had been brought back to the counter by the person that had taken it. My girlfriend and I are huge prickly boba fans. We've been going to their location in Waxahachie (the current one downtown and the previous location as well) since 2022. We were apprehensive about the Ennis location since most things in Ennis are meh. After trying it out tonight, I can say that the quality in Ennis is the equal of the original store in Waxahachie. I wish I could find boba as good as Prickly in Austin, but alas, it seems that Ellis county has the best boba in TX. Keep it up Prickly Boba!! And expand to...
