Bake the Cookie Shoppe — Restaurant in Enterprise

Honestly the worst experience i have ever had at an establishment. It was our very first visit and came highly recommended but i can guarantee that i WONT be back. We had gone on Saturday March 29th, 2025 around 5pm and my family and I had ordered and were waiting for our treats when another girl come in and cuts the long line of people already waiting and is telling people that the random lady in front of her “was her auntie”. Everyone in line had told the cashier that she had cut and instead of refusing service or making her go back to the end of the line they had took her order. She then proceeded to cuss out everyone inside, especially the lady who was standing with her kids mind you, who had said something first about her cutting and that it wasnt fair to the people already waiting. They let her get her order taken and cause a ruckus. I did not appreciate standing there being called all the names under the sun because i tried to protect the lady while the staff did absolutely nothing. We had asked her to stop cussing as there was children present and that she had already gotten her order taken and the situation was done with. She then proceeded to get handsy and stick her fingers in my family members faces while calling them every rude thing she could think of. Finally a manager was called by another lady also sticking up for this woman and her kids and nothing was done. They could have easily refused service or ask her to wait outside. Instead they allowed all the customers in there to be screamed at and called names while there were kids inside....

I really wanted to like this place, but the service is not great. I understand because of all the TikTok hype bringing in many customers, but I’m very upset with my recent visit. I placed an online order the day before for 6 cookies and 2 dubai hearts. I got a call the morning of saying only one cookie (the no chip sprinkle cookie) that I ordered was out of stock and that it would be replaced with a few extra cookies. Before I got to the place, I called to make sure my order was ready and they said it was. I arrive and I waited for over 20-30 minutes for my order even though they said it was ready. They come out with two dubai hearts, but they weren’t the ones I ordered. I ordered 2 milk chocolate ones and they gave me dark and white chocolate instead. I said I ordered a 6 pack of cookies as well. I waited again and then I’m told that they were out of even more cookies that I ordered. I don’t understand how I placed an online order the day before, they say they’re in stock, and that my order is ready, but when I get there, that isn’t the case at all. I got one extra cookie, but that was because I waited so long and not because the ones I wanted were “out of stock.” I ordered two dubai hearts, but didn’t get the ones I ordered. Then, I ordered 6 cookies and only left the place with 3 even though they specifically said only one cookie I ordered was out of stock. My family and I are really upset and probably won’t...

I had seen Bake the Cookie Shoppe on TikTok and decided to stop by before heading to the airport on 7/8/2025 at 4:13pm. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and even offered a sample cookie. Such a great first impression!

I ordered the Dubai Strawberry Cup, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. There was too much kataifi and not enough chocolate. Even after using the tips on the card provided, there wasn’t enough chocolate for each bite.

What really concerned me was the strawberries. They didn’t taste fresh at all. Some were soft and dark, and others had a slimy, clear film that made them completely unappetizing. Even my godchildren, who usually enjoy the whole cup with me, barely wanted a bite. I kept second-guessing myself and tried a few more strawberries before deciding I had to throw it away.

I regret not taking a photo to show the condition of the strawberries. I’m not sure if the cup was old or if the fruit used just wasn’t fresh, but by the time I reached my airport terminal, I could feel the effects in my body. I really wish I had trusted my first instinct and returned to the shop to let someone know, but I was pressed for time with a rental car return and check-in ahead of me.
