According to older reviews this company use to be okay. Unfortunately, I can't say the same now. I was interested in working with them and before I placed my orders, I email them to ask about couple of things and among others for the production time for the Ornaments. They said 5-7 days. I usually got replies within a few hours, not longer than a day. After that I placed 9 orders. The first one on Dec 7th for 8 ornaments which was for a wedding favors. Wedding is on Jan 2nd. I tried to reach them out from Dec 21st with multiple emails, then on their social accounts but never got any reply. Yesterday I got an email that my 1st order is shipped, but tracking confirms that only label is created and the parcel is not moving at all. I so desperately wanted to do business with this company. It all seemed too good to be true, and apparently it is. I made a small purchase just to test the product. Ordered two mugs before the holiday rush and the turnaround was fairly quick. When they arrived one mug was broken and the other had a deep scratch and I was unable to save it for a Christmas present. I received a refund fairly quickly and turned around and purchased the same mugs again, trying to give them a second chance and not wanting to pass judgement too quickly - those showed up today and the design isn't straight on either of the mugs. Solid company to work with. Turn around time is great during the majority of the year with a bit longer around the Christmas holiday seasons which isn't unreasonable considering orders are probably pouring in due to increased demand. It's funny reading the one review about ornaments taking "forever" did you live under a rock for the past year? Companies have been under strict regulation about the number of people in a workspace and then the postal couriers have all had major delays and implemented max parcel pick up to try and get a hold on the volume.
