Revised- i believe the guy who was rude to me all the time is gone now, thats fantastic. Ill be coming back again now, my food was fresh and service was fast and friendly today, thnk you!... The guy at the front counter today 9.27.22 at 530pm is always rude whenever I go in, not only that but everytime I i go there i order the same thing, Durango burrito sub chicken no Pico add rice and I pay the difference, he is the only person who says I can't do it and refuses to let me order it. Today I said ok and ordered the regular Durango burrito. After I paid with card he hit the cancel button and said it didn't go through, so I just just left, but now i have a charge on my account for the bill that he said didn't go through and i nevergot my food. im the store manager next door at ampm, this is unprofessional and this guy needs to find a new job because his customer...

Queso birria tacos are solid as always but witnessed a lady who claimed to be a manager mistreat a Door Dash driver. I was eating here as a patron myself but do those kinds of jobs on the side too. She gave him a cup while he waited that he put soda into which caused her to go off on him stating he was supposed to only get water. I can see why he made that mistake because a lot of restaurants we pick up from actually will offer a drink to us while we are waiting. She could have just told him he needed to get water next time versus verbally abusing him and accusing him of stealing, saying he should use common sense, then refusing to even let him pick up the order after he offered to pay for the soda he had grabbed. I have been to this location a few times. Always in the night evening time. Every time me and my husband go, the guy up front taking the order is very rude, speaks to us with attitude. We called to place a pick up order, right after hanging up, a minute after we called again we just wanted to switch one of the orders. The guy was very rude and said he couldn’t change the order because they had already started making it. My husband told him “ we just got off the phone with you, any other place they would’ve made the change” the guy gave him attitude and declined.
