Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Enterprise

Quick pick up here on a road trip and I must say I appreciate the portion size here.

I got a burrito bowl and there was quite an amount of meat in there and they did well on the beans and fajita peppers as well. I asked for just a little bit of the salsas and they really got that amount right. And the bowl wasn't too spicy or mild.

Husband got a burrito and It was a lovely little baby. He got a mix of barbacoa and chicken and I tried some of it and was actually quite a delicious burrito.

I think one thing I noticed is that the steak in my bowl had quite a decent amount of fatty pieces and some chewy ones too. They were tasty though, but I was just hoping for a little more lean meat and...

Ordered through the app and tried the pickup drive through. Waited 15 minutes. The issue is people order through the app and the show up way too early and instead of asking those people to pull up and leave the lane open they just make the whole lane wait. This had 6 customers waiting while their food was ready and getting cold. They know its a problem but refuse to fix it and I'm not sure why. What has happened to this location? It was good when it first opened, but it has gone downhill since then. There’s always an issue with my order. Recently, our guacamole doesn’t even taste or look like guacamole! It’s disgusting, and it ruined our entire order. Hardly any meat, just a bunch of HARD rice. I’m disappointed, and the app and customer service never provide any help. I’m done giving this location a chance. I rather drive further to the arroyo location.
